I had went there for my braid to get the little five dollar meal deal and when I went back to work and open the four piece chicken nugget, there was a bite taken out of it. I had then tried to call the store over 10 times and the customer service and not once did anybody answer and when I went to the store to talk to the manager, he was rude about it and made it seem as if I was the one that bit into the food when I had received it like that and after talking with him, all he said was well what do you want me to do about it?

I came in a few minutes ago on my lunch break, I got the $5 meal deal, and they complete messed up. I didn’t get any fries at all, nor did I get sauces. The nuggets are cold as well. Terrible service, I shouldn’t have to worry about taking my food to go and driving back to work to eat it only to find out I didn’t get everything. I hope I can get my money back because this is ridiculous.. I want to also add, I didn’t get sweet tea. I don’t even know what this is. It’s like Fanta, water, and juice. Won’t be coming back.

I’ve been coming here for quite a while and have usually never had an issue. However, two days ago during the snowstorm, my wife and I stopped by after I picked her up from work. She is a nurse and was required to come in due to short staffing.
We only stopped because the restaurant was open. Unfortunately, the woman working at the time was passive-aggressive throughout the visit. Before we left, she made a comment that I initially missed, but my wife later told me she said, “Only emergency services should be on the road.”
Healthcare workers don’t choose to be out during dangerous weather—if my wife didn’t have to work, we wouldn’t have been on the road either. If the staff didn’t want to serve customers that day, they could have simply said they were closed, and we would have completely understood.
On top of that, the burgers and fries were stale. Overall, we regretted stopping by, which is disappointing given our previous positive experiences.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the experience I had at this McDonald’s truly deserves recognition.
The entire team was incredibly kind and welcoming. Special shoutout to Daniel, who was exceptionally polite, and to Zoey, whose warmth and friendliness really stood out.
Even when I made a mistake with my order, they handled it with patience and a smile. It wasn’t just good service — it was the kind of genuine kindness that feels like a ray of sunshine on a cold, windy, overcast day.
In today’s world, especially at fast food places, this kind of atmosphere is rare. I truly hope management sees this and knows what a wonderful team they have. Thank you all!

Day shift is terrible. Every single time I have gone during the day order gets messed up. I see about 2-3 other people with the same problem. ITS EVERY TIME. Night shift is amazing. Especially the guy who drives the motorcycle. Never had a problem with night shift. Day shift needs to take major pointers from night shift

McDonald’s has went down hill, the service is awful they cheat the system of drive thru times by pulling you over and let’s be honest it’s not culver’s quality and not worth the time it takes. It hasn’t been fast food in awhile, the only reason I had been going was because of the app and how much money you could save but now the app doesn’t work. I haven’t had a pleasure experience with staff, quality or service in months.

I was at this location just this past Sunday I took my nephew’s for breakfast. My debit card kept getting declined so I transferred money to it but transferred it wrong so my debit card was declined again. The Manger on duty at the time, I don’t know his name, he is either Mexican or Latino not sure, but after it had been declined 4 or 5 times he reached into his own wallet and paid for us! My husband took the money back later that morning to pay him back and he very politely refused and said God bless, how wonderfully nice and kind of him to do!

They mess up my food every single time. I also order sweet tea frequently and I would say a solid 4 out of 5 times they give me unsweet. It’s a wreck.

Food was ok kinda cold but got everything. Staff wasn’t the friendliest. They charge for sauces unless you only get two packets I got 2 meals without sauces pretty much. But the inside was nice.
