I just wanted to say that the manager Kayla is AMAZING. I placed a pretty big online order and had to wait about 5-10 minutes for it, but she made sure to come out to check in on me and to make sure I was accommodated for the wait. The food was fresh, and amazing as always, but it was HER commitment to customer service that made this visit so special. She is GREAT.

First time eating Canes in Mississippi. Smaller & we must have gotten an old batch for 1 meal & since we ordered 3 extra fingers- which were forgotten —so after checking the bag before leaving we asked and after a 8 minute wait -for fresh chicken we did not mind the wait ~we received the last 3 fingers which were juicy hot and fresh. I do have the same complaint that I have it every canes and that is the fact that I hate your dipping sauce. When I say, I hate it, the smell is revolting to me and I sure wish you would have something else to dip with because at this point I carry around a bottle of bbq or ranch while here in Mississippi.

First time ever trying it out, it was unique I would say. Wasn’t quite what I expected but not too bad. Fingers where average, fries were average but the bread gets 2,070 reviews. When hot, it’s unique and a 4 to 5, when cool, 1 to 2. I say that because it becomes dense and almost inedible when it becomes cool. The sauce is a homemade zaxbys sauce I would say. Meaning, it’s quality, but not as flavorful because zax sauce sits in its container all day marinating. To me, almost like comparing picante sauce from a resturant to Tostitos, that processed stuff just marinates longer therefore is more flavorful.
I was visiting a town that had one so I stopped. Will not be my first choice for chicken fingers. The options around me are vast…lol

We used drive thru to order our food. The staff who took our order was friendly and professional. I like the way he greeted us.
The service was quick and the food we got was very fresh and hot. The drink was filled with perfect ice (not too much, not too little, just perfect) My husband is not a big fan of coleslaw so we substituted for double fries.
Overall the food was satisfying!

I would like to write an honest review . If you want crispy tenders as advertised you won’t get them that way . The thing is I love their food the taste and flavor is amazing one of none . But I can’t eat slimy chicken that looks half cooked . It’s very rubbery when it’s slimy and overall distasteful when made that way . I read another comment where a lady said the lady manager doesn’t like for the food to be crispy for whatever reason . I asked in advance can you make my food crispy in the drive through with no answer only a total was repeated for my purchase . I knew off top when I got to the front the chicken would be slime while the young lady in drive through was so kind and sweet I asked her was my food made crispy . She shook her head and said yes . Then I looked in my bag I knew from looking at the tenders they weren’t seemed a bit of a rush so I touched them to make sure and it was very soft and slimy so I gave them the food back they told me they would have to remake the food over and I was fine with them dipping it down for a few minutes the thing is I’m not picky at all nor am I just a mean hearted person so I give honor where honor is due . They told me to drive up and I did and waited and I waited no more than 15 to for my food to be remade and when the manager came I said I apologize I wasn’t trying to be hard on anyone but when I asked at the drive through could I get it crispy they could’ve told me we don’t do it that way and I wouldn’t respectfully understood and went elsewhere . Other than that the bread is always good and fresh ( toast) the fries are always good and I would recommend this place but if you don’t like soft slimy chicken it’s best you don’t even go to the establishment .

This is the absolute best chicken for fast food. Yum yum and yum. Seriously again why do we not have one of these in Memphis??? Always clean restaurant with friendly and well trained staff. The food is amazing and you will leave with a take home box because you just can’t eat all they give you. We ordered the 4 piece tender dinner. That bread tho…yum.
