went to get a burger at this Location and was forced to use the kiosk after the kiosk mixed up our order we had to get a refund from the manager later I wanted to order a coffee and the manager refused to serve me at the counter and wanted me to use the kiosk. she walked out of the counter area to assist however, I did not want to use the kiosk. People should not be forced to use these machines. Either eye contact is my preference. I will not service this location again.

I I have an idiot Jack in the box since I was 5 years old so that’s like 53 years of Jack in the box. I personally love Jack in the box food. So so once my EBT card did not work. I have no other funds with me. When I asked them to cancel the order the cook and the cashier decided to give me the jumbo Jack that I ordered anyway. I almost cried. Of course I’ve been back several other times and the food is always great. the people that have served me have always been nice but they have the self-service option at the register. I have been back other times when I have cash on hand. One of the ways that I rate restaurants in businesses is that is when I asked for like maybe a napkin or to use the bathroom or a glass of water when I’m stranded and broke. And when they say yes I try to always go back to that business when I do have funds and have money to spend. I stay loyal to those businesses. Thanks Jack in the box.

My fries are always cold. Next time I recommend if ya order at this location you should ask cook to order. It is a fast food restaurant t fresh food but apparently I rather wait and make it worth paying.

First off, the credit card machine apparently wasn’t working so it was cash only. Who still carries cash nowadays? Luckily I found $5 in my car. Not enough for the chicken sandwich I intended to eat. So I went with a (normally) solid backup, the egg rolls…

Ive been here several times and they consistently get my order wrong. This isnt the 1st time, they forgot basically my entire order. Food tastes not fresh at all and cold. Ima just stick to going to the jack in the box on 3rd at this point, they actually get my orders right AND freshly made.
