Kedrick makes this restaurant succeed when all the other restaurants on platte fail miserably! Kedrick made my time here better than I ever could have imagined. He is a hard worker and I never thought I’d see one again these days with the kids always on their phones and such. Why hasn’t he got a raise yet? And better question, why isn’t he an assistant manager on the path towards his own store? These are questions I ask myself whenever I’m chowing down on my double quarter pounder , made fresh by my man Kedrick! Anyways I’m just a simple man, who has simple needs, and the truth is, the only need that I haven’t seen met lately is Kedrick becoming manager, thank you for your time!

DISGUSTING. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY. IF YOURE A PARENT DONT LET UR KIDS PLAY IN THEIR PLAY AREA. IT TOOK 25 MINS TO GET MY FOOD WITH ONLY 3 PPL AHEAD OF ME. ALL TABLES ARE NASTY. LOOKS LIKE THEY WERE NEVER CLEANED ALL DAY. I GOT THERE AT 1220. NONE OF THE ICE MACHINES HAD ICE IN THEM. . IF YOU ARE A HEALTH INSPECTOR THAT COMES TO THIS MCDONALDS YOU NEED TO BE FIRED FOR NOT DOING YOUR JOB. DONT EAT HERE. IF THE ICE MACHINE HAS FOOD IN IT TABLES ARE NOT CLEANED AND FLOOR HAS TONS OF FOOD ON IT YOU KNOW DAMN WELL THEIR HANDS AND OTHER STUFF THAT YOUR FOOD SITS ON IS NASTY.

Horrible experience, ordered Big Mac meal no Mac Sauce and no salt on the fries to go for lunch break. Asked the waitress if the Big Mac had no sauce and fries had no salt. She said yes, I left when sitting down to eat the Big Mac had sauce and the fries had salt. Threw it away, too busy I guess for 11:06 am to have it my way.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location at the intersection of Murray and Platte, and it was hands-down the worst fast-food experience of my life. What started as a simple issue with my order quickly escalated into a nightmare thanks to the utterly incompetent and rude staff, led by a manager who clearly has no business being in customer service.
I approached the manager to explain the problem calmly and factually, but he immediately denied everything I said without even letting me finish. He kept interrupting me mid-sentence, speaking in this dead, monotone voice that made it seem like he couldn’t care less about anything or anyone. The way he looked at me—like I was some insignificant nobody not worth his time—was downright degrading. It felt like he was just going through the motions to dismiss me as fast as possible, with zero empathy or professionalism.
But it didn’t stop there. The other staff members, including the maintenance guy on shift, jumped in and literally got in my face, aggressively defending the manager and insisting he was right while I was completely wrong. They told me to just “go away” and leave, as if I was the one causing the problem by daring to speak up. It was intimidating and uncalled for—I’ve never felt so disrespected in a place of business.
To make matters worse, the entire crew looked like they hadn’t seen a shower or a comb in days. Their hygiene was appalling: uniforms stained and wrinkled, hair unkempt and greasy, and overall just a sloppy, unprofessional appearance that screamed neglect. The maintenance guy who confronted me was the worst— he had these gross, long nose hairs sticking out wildly from his nostrils, like he didn’t own a mirror or trimmer. It was disgusting and made me lose any appetite I had left.
This McDonald’s is a total disaster. The staff’s attitude and lack of basic hygiene reflect poorly on the entire brand—it’s no wonder places like this give fast food a bad name. I won’t be returning, and I urge corporate to investigate and clean house at this location before more customers are treated like garbage. Avoid this spot at all costs!

Food was freshly prepared. Staff and table service was fast and friendly. Kitchen and dining room were clean and well maintined. The night manager, Alex, made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely come back here.

I’ve come to this same location several times. Not once have they been able to have an order complete through the drive through. Every single time I’ve come, they tell me to pull forward to wait for my order in the lot. Doesn’t matter if you order ahead on the app, place the order in person, either way you have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for this “fast food”. No other McDonalds location in the Springs does this, how is it impossible for them to have food ready in a timely manner?

The folks here are down to earth! I just came from church and wanted to stop and get the kids a quick bite. I walk in I was surprised at the customer service because employees seemed tired by when I step to the counter the energy shifted and the associates were smiling with genuine care.

Consistently wrong food, missing items and long wait time. High employees and unwilling to admit fault or help correct the problem. Chicken that is either burnt or uncooked which sounds impossible but they find a way to do both. No big Mac after 9 or McChickens but that could be the lack of care. They other McDonald’s next to them finds a way to make good food and have good service so I’m confused how hard it is to do it for a busy location. I’ve given this McDonald’s a year to get better and visited it multiple times this year but it won’t change or even get a little better.
