To go food was fine after going back in and getting a key missing item for a one person plate order. Still no to go silverware provided. Friendly, but way too much time spent on pleasantries way too much, and trying to help people buy stuff instead of doing the job of checking to go orders. I’d rather someone just be competent just one of the 3 people who helped me.

Young waitress was kind & pleasant, and brought us the requested items, but she was training another associate & it wasn’t apparent that she was qualified to train. She may have simply had too many tables to cover, but I waited 5 minutes for a tea refill I was hoping to drink prior to leaving. She didn’t look our way or make eye contact. I walked towards the server entrance to request my tea & made contact with a guest at another table who had noticed I wasn’t being served in a timely manner. The refill came too late to drink, so I took a couple sips of it & just took the to-go tea with me, leaving the amost- full refill behind.

We are long time customers of all Cracker Barrel’s. We drove 35 minutes to have breakfast here today. First service was terrible. We order 2 coffees was brought cups, 10 minutes later finally got coffee. Took 15 minutes to get creamer to where our coffee was cold. Food came out and was a total disappointment. Eggs were cold, French toast was subpar. Flavor was there but the bread is not like any French toast I have gotten at Cracker Barrel. We will never be back.

My expectations were not very high as usual. And as usual, they failed to meet them. It is bad when I set the bar on the floor and they still trip over it with such poor service.
The to go waitstaff needs to be retrained, and customers need to be acknowledged in a quick and timely manner.

Ordered 2 bowls pinto and corn muffins 4 pm. Beans were partially raw and cold. The building was freezing. Lots of employees just standing in large group. While customers were asking for refills. This place has really went down hill!!

19Dec2021 – Wait was long, like 1hr+. Luckily we checked in online and only had to wait 7 minutes, the people waiting were so mad, I suggest you check-in online. Food was good, Kayla, one of the hostesses, was rude to the people asking how much longer they would have to wait and they could stand to clean the ceiling fans (and most likely everything higher than eye level).
