I rarely post reviews, but tonight I want to give credit where credit is due. Ms Alexandria King and Ms Raniesha Travis (manager) were absolutely amazing. They are an absolute delight to interact with. They provide a level of service often lacking in fast food establishments, and tonight they made the road weary feel welcome. My husband and I will absolutely be coming back here again! To the ladies; THANK YOU! Keep smiling, always be genuine and kind. We absolutely appreciate the both of you!!

Was there 1/4/26 at noon. The lady ringing us up rung up the exact opposite of what we requested and was reluctant to give us the receipt. We spoke with the other lady bagging orders so the kitchen could make our order correctly. Kitchen staff was expressing annoyance over having to remake orders. My suggestion for this store is to drop their dead weight.

I almost called the police!!! Two young women were ringing up orders with their phone instead of the cash register.. I ordered 3 $8 meals and the young woman named, Monique(I think) tells me it’s $42!!! It was after 12am, very late. The woman got angry and yelled expletives telling me she “hates when people try to be too smart” I asked the manager what the store # was and she looked regretful (10800) if that’s Livingston, AL Burger King. The people working nights are SCAMMING and they’re not very good at.

To start, I have loved Burger King since my childhood. So I seek this restaurant out when I need to pick up something and run. The food at this location was representative of the brand, but the restaurant itself was in sad condition. It was not the cleanest. Seating was old, counters were in need of repairs, the bathroom was out of order, and the vents were filthy. We sat to eat and decided to eat on the go. Help, corporate! They need help!!

No matter what you order, they make you pull up and wait EVERY TIME! Thekids that they have hired, care nothing about good customer service, and often keep you waiting before even taking your order.

Ordered our food and we had a minimal wait . We were asked to pull forward . We did not receive our onion rings and also did not receive any napkins inside our bag. When you order over 30 dollars in food it’s nice to receive a few napkins for the road. We were traveling out of state and immediately back on the road only to notice the carbonation in the diet soda was flat . The other sodas were fine .

We ordered a whopper, whopper meal, whopper jr. Meal, two wrap meal and one wrap. Our bill was barely under $50.00. I stood in line waiting on our food for about 20 minutes and the time stamp on our receipt was 8:45 p.m. when the order was placed. We got cold fries and was met with hostility when my husband took the fries back inside. He stood in line for about 10 minutes when he took the fries back in. The man told my husband we had been gone for over thirty minutes. My husband produced the time stamped receipt and the man said I don’t care to see your receipt. To which my husband said you are a liar this receipt shows 8:45 when the order was placed and then it took about 20 minutes to get our food and I stood in line for at least 10 minutes. He took the cold fries from my husband and began taking orders of people that came in behind him before he addressed the fry issue. It was 9:15 when my husband returned back to the vehicle. While inside the guy began cussing my husband to which my husband returned the gestures. The guy would not replace/refund the fries. He told my husband he could get at the back of the line to order more fries. Like we were going to pay $12.00 to order more fries. Do not go to this Burger King! There were only 3 people working and the drive through was “not working” so everyone had to go inside to order. They began getting busy after our order was placed and there was no one at the counter when we arrived. I think he was the manager, but I am not positive about that.

Horrible! Tons of people waiting inside and workers just standing around. I think everyone was new because they obviously had no idea what to do. The workers had their masks down while talking to coworkers and customers. No one at register. Flies everywhere, tables dirty, the ceiling looked as if it had fallen and there was debris all over center tables. They give us our food and forget drinks, ask what drinks I had. I said I had a mocha frappe and one girl looks to the other and asks how to make it and the other girl just says to put ice and the drink mix and give it to me. No blending, no chocolate syrup, no whipped cream. Highly disappointed as this isn’t a very hard job to do.
