Came here today and was chatting with Joe, behind the counter about living overseas and how much we miss Ralph’s. He gave us a cute little tote to carry our ices. When my daughter announced she was claiming it for herself he ran in the back and gave me another one for my son. Love the American hospitality and kindness on Long Island! Thanks Joe

It’s an ice cream shop made great by helpful and caring employees. We were a bit of a mob, and the young man who took care of us was extremely helpful and got evey single order correct. Very nice place. Parking can be a bit tricky, but then again, it’s on main street in Sayville…enough said.

I ordered a chocolate ice w lemon ice ..a combo….but… couldn’t get the lemon. As it was super frozen. Waaaa….I ordered a pint.of chocolate only….when I opened it to taste it wasn’t filled up as usual. ..,..it was delicious but for 9.99. I’m surprised of the feeling I got when I looked how empty the pint was. Will not be going back to Sayville…..

The cashier was very slow and not helpful at all. She also had a grumpy expression and didn’t treat customers politely.

ordered for pick up so we could avoid waiting in the building with our inpatient toddlers just to find that “they never received the order” even though ralph’s confirmed our order through uber… when my husband walks in i get a text saying ‘ralph’s-sayville canceled the order because they couldn’t complete it.’ and the chick behind the counter tells him “we never got the order.” debating on bringing my now-upset toddlers there for punishment.

I had the pleasure of trying Ralph’s Italian Ices recently, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Their Rainbow, vanilla bean, and strawberry cheesecake flavors were absolutely delicious. What I appreciated even more was the fact that they offered non-dairy options, catering to various dietary preferences. The wide variety of flavors they have to offer means there’s something for everyone. I can confidently say that Ralph’s Italian Ices has become one of my favorite spots for a sweet treat, and I can’t wait to explore more of their tasty offerings!

The flavors are wonderful, and the servers are pleasant. I would give them both 5 Stars. However, the prices are a bit high for ice. Obviously the owners can charge what they want though, because people keep going back. The portions never seen to be the same though. One time I’ll get a large and it’s overflowing, while the next time it’s hardly over the top. Sometimes my husband and I go at the same time, order the same size as each other, and they are not even close.

I’ve always found Ralph’s to be overrated. Yea, they have a good selection of italian ices but the flavors don’t always taste like you imagine them too. Also, they are a little bit on the pricey side and the staff is usually a little snippy. I don’t really know what all the hype is about.

I haven’t gone in ,in years. But the last time I went in, the employee’s were kind and helpful. In the summer the line’s can be long, but it goes fast. Good to treat your self and others. Shop local

They are closed during winter, makes sense. But, food is decent for a nice cold treat. But, wish ley had more dining tables outside!
