0 stars but I had to put something to leave a review . Absolutely horrible . When we first arrived , the servers/hosts were sitting and looked like they didn’t even want to get up . When we ordered our food , the server came back and said they had no fries after she just took our order and the kitchen was still open. Then when we got our food , the salmon (both of them) were medium rare and slimy on the inside . We asked one of the other staff for a manager since he said our server was in the back cleaning . We told the manager and I guess the server got word of what happened and we never saw her again . Horrible experience .

I should’ve read the reviews before coming here, as it’s very obvious this wasn’t a one off issue. I didn’t get a picture but the bloomin onion came out extra crispy and some of it was burnt. JUST like another review below!! My husband got a burger and it was literally dripping so much grease it was inedible. Then I cut into my chicken and yep.. IT WAS RAW. I didn’t get the servers name or the manager on duty but they were both very nice and understanding and helpful. The manager was great and treated us with respect and kindness. I will never come back because of the food but I sincerely hope the manager on duty today gets what he deserves out of a workplace.

I went in for a late lunch/early dinner. Cole was my server and he was outstanding. Very friendly, attentive, and professional. I ordered a NY strip steak, loaded potato, and broccoli. Very satisfying meal and my overall experience was enjoyable. While my steak was delicious, I have to credit the staff most of all for making my visit worthwhile. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant.

We drove to Beaufort today and it was again fantastic. After spending some time on the waterfront, we decided to go for a quiet lunch. We decided on an old favorite the Outback Steakhouse. We were greeted by a big smile by our hostess. She sat us quickly. But the best was yet to come. Our server was Taylor and honestly one of the best servers we have had. So stop in and ask for Taylor you won’t be sorry you did.

I dont usually leave reviews but the food was unacceptable I ordered a well done 6oz steak & got a burnt on the outside steak cooked med rare so I let our server know who takes it back to only bring it back looking like a hockey puck . I work in food service & would not have felt comfortable sending this back out . We should have known when we received in extra crispy blooming onion to be extra cautious with what we ordered or left but we where hungry and are visiting from out of town so decided to just try to eat the more edible part of the onion which good thing since all I could eat from my meal was my salad & baked potato. We even received a dirty knife the paper wouldn’t come off. A waste of $16.99 for my meal & to pay that for only eating the salad and potato and a waste of our time .

Customer service here was definitely exceptional and thank you so much for the manager working Friday 1/16/26 our delivery order and temperature wasn’t correct on the order from a third party vendor. We had a sick adult parent and toddler we were caring for and the manager (at least I think it was the manager) went out of his way to bring it out to us. It was over the top service and unexpected. Thank you so much!

I had the sirloin with a house salad and the steakhouse Mac n cheese. Now don’t get me wrong the steak was fabulous. But holy hell that Mac n cheese is something amazing. Id go just to eat that steakhouse Mac n cheese. It’s peppery and just *chefs kiss*

We were there for a girls brunch and honestly I wish I kept my first thought and go to the waterfront. We haven’t been to outback in YEARS because of customer service and food quality and it seems like things haven’t changed. Sidnie was our server. We were the first ones in at opening and the last ones served. We was there to chat of course but absolutely no way was our food supposed to come as late as it did and when it did it was below food temp. Drinks wasn’t refilled in a timely manner & whoever brought out the food had to help us clear the clutter on the table from the bread plate. One of my sisters didn’t enjoy her food because she ordered medium and it definitely came out rare. The sweet potatoes felt like it was just quickly thrown together. I felt as if we wasn’t taken as a priority. Me working food and beverage before it gave the impression of us being treated as the table that “wasn’t going to tip” (which of course I did). Towards the end when it was time to pay I brought it to Sidnie’s attention who didn’t seem so pleased about helping making things right. She went to get her manager who did the right thing & as I was walking out I told Sidnie to have a great day & I got side eyed. We’re totally not coming back! I enjoyed my sisters company but the atmosphere, the service, the food.. I’d rather took my money, my business and my family elsewhere.

Service was outstanding by the wait staff, the food, however, has fallen off, too much for me to want take home boxes or return. The staff I overheard were asking if they were out of mashed, which is concerning also. They akso de-ordered garlic parm bites as they were also out of that. Mediocrity at its finest, and therefore, I am out.

The service was excellent. The fried shrimps was not good at all. It was fried to much I couldn’t eat but a few. The young lady that served us knew I was upset because we asked for the check not even 10 minutes after receiving the food. I hate to ask someone to cook food again because people do all kinds of stuff to your food.
