Wow what can I say? I absolutely love Red Robin burgers and bottomless fries. This restaurant has the vibe I am looking for in an American burger restaurant and the service today was outstanding! Our server LUCY, although the place was not super busy, was handling all the tables seated within my view which at one point was at least 4 maybe 5. Lucy was attentive, professional, and unbelievably kind during our visit. They went above and beyond to ensure every single customer was given individualized service during their entire visit.
The drinks kept coming, the food was amazing and the “check-ins” from Lucy was frequent enough that none of her customers waited for anything. This sever should be waiting tables at a Michelin star restaurant! I was so impressed I had to stop by the management team who was having an afternoon meeting and let them know what a GEM of an employee they have in Lucy!!! That kind of customer service is like a UNICORN among waitstaff and making Lucy a manager or in a leadership position to train new employees should be a priority!!!
I ordered a Reb Robin cheeseburger, and my son ordered the fish and chips. Both meals came out quickly and were as good as they looked. I can’t wait to come back to visit and ask for Lucy again!
This restaurant is fully accessible with parking and curb cuts right at the front door, the dining area is fully accessible and the bathrooms are too. Overall I believe this is a five star establishment with a 10 star employee! Thanks for a wonderful lunch! Can’t wait to come back next time I am in Orlando! I especially love the location right near the airport (MCO) ! If you want a quick bite to eat before catching a flight come here and ask for LUCY!

I was excited when visiting town from TX that there was a Red Robin so close to my hotel. What I got was a shock. Walked in was told there is a 20 minute wait, I said ok and sat down in the lobby, I looked around and there were many open tables. I asked why the wait amd they said they were busy? They said i could go sit at bar if id like, I accepted. I sat down at the bar. The seats next to me had dirty dishes that hadn’t been cleared (stayed that way my entire visit) Bartender said “hi, ill be right with you”, 20 minutes later she offered me a drink, the manager had walked past me multiple times while I sat with no drink or service and never stopped to see if I had been helped. When food came out, broccoli was dry (steamed broccoli shouldn’t be wilted and dry) and the side salad lettuce was brown. I ate my food with exception of the salad. No one, not even the manager who passed by multiple times again asked me how my meal was until the bartender came out after id finished eating to ask me if id like the check. I let her know the salad was bad and she did remove from my ticket. While there tables were not cleaned, I witnessed multiple customers waiting on side orders. I overheard Bartender telling a waiter that someone at a table was writing a long complaint and rolled her eyes, the waiter laughed. Not I pressed with this unprofessional behavior. The Red Robin in Houston does not act like this, give service like this, their restaurants are clean and staff friendly, and the food is fresh and good. To top it off manager asks me when im leaving if everything was ok, I shrugged and said it was ok I guess, the way I answered you’d think she would enquire about my response, no, she shrugged and walked away.

Excellent service, and great atmosphere.. The bartender was friendly, on point, and attentive. The manager was equally as kind and friendly. The food arrived hot, and quick. The shrimp basket with kettle chips was delicious. Portion size is generous. The BBQ chicken sandwich was tasty, and the fries were hot and fresh. Overall a good experience. 5 stars!

FANTASTIC lunch! Super friendly staff. Donny took great care of us while manager Rob checked on us, too. Very knowledgeable of the menu when trying to eat healthy. They have broccoli as a side if you don’t want endless fries! Also a side salad. Had the Royal Burger with a scrumptious egg on top! Food came out quickly and was great. Also the Mad Love Burger was fantastic, cooked to perfection. This was a must stop from leaving the airport! Quick and good! Had some great deals too like $9.99 for burger, fries and a drink! Margarita and beer specials, too. We will be back soon!

Went to the one in Orlando… Decided to take our food back to our hotel because it was honestly just too loud and people-y in their dining area. The food was okay but it wasnt super hot to begin with, so the 5 minutes it took to go from A to B just made the food… warm and kinda soggy. The location wasnt horrible but, in a touristy area…everything is more difficult to navigate to. So this experience was just… meh compared to our local place.

Good lighting, great aesthetics and atmosphere! I had an old fashioned with an orange slice . Then ordered the queso fundido (which reached me well before my main meal 5⭐’s) and the double whiskey river BBQ burger! Everything was fantastic!

I visited Red Robin with my family yesterday around 9:37 pm, not knowing the restaurant closed at 10:00 pm. The staff took our full order of food and drinks without warning us about the closing time. Then, at 9:55 pm, an employee came over and told us we had to leave immediately because of company policy — even though we hadn’t finished what we had just been served.
This was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If the policy is that no one can stay past 10:00 pm, then don’t accept new orders so close to closing time. The way we were treated was rude, hostile, racist and made us feel unwelcome.
Very disappointing experience. A restaurant that calls itself “family-friendly” should never treat guests this way

My first time in a red Robin and I will return I thought it was a great atmosphere and I thought the servers were amazing. The food was good and fresh I liked the tvs all over wear we could watch different sports events. Can’t wait to return. I wanted to also say our young lady that was our server was Aysiah she was awesome she really deserves a shout out very good server.

Havent eaten at a Red Robin in 20 years. So very much has changed! No more sprauling salad bar, burger patties are not wide and fat and have lost their flavorful fresh taste and appearance. It was not a bad burger just had the appeal of a fast food resteraunt much like Burger King. Average steak fries. Our server was fanominal and took very good attentive care of us. The manager even stopped by for a quick check to make sure everything was as it should be. Staff gets a 5 star from me, over all impression of the Red Robin chain resteraunt I am graciously giving a 3.
