I was seated as soon as I got here, I did arrive at 7:30am on a Saturday.
I ordered a coffee, which was very good coffee I might add. I ordered a breakfast burrito with potatoes and a single pancake on the side.
The burrito was so good, and the pancake was perfectly yummy. I could not eat it all, I would not recommend ordering both unless you either can eat a lot or you are sharing your meal. The potatoes were very good as well.
My waitress took amazing care of me, but let me say that my coffee never came close to being empty. I was very happy about that.
Best food I’ve ever eaten—no exaggeration.
I am not kidding when I say Four Sisters Café serves some of the most outstanding food I have ever had. The Garden Benedict was out of this world—perfectly balanced, fresh, flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable. And the potatoes?? seasoned just right, and honestly some of the best I’ve ever tasted.
My husband ordered the corned beef hash, and let me tell you—it was just as incredible as my dish. Tender, savory, and cooked to perfection. We were both sitting there saying “wow” after every bite.
This place is the real deal. Incredible food, comforting flavors, and the kind of meal you keep talking about long after you leave. If you’re anywhere near Roseville and don’t eat here, you are seriously missing out. We will 100% be back—and bringing friends.
The serving staff are happy and attentive. I might have to go there twice this week !!
The service, was superb Thanks to Zack B! He was professional, respectful, patient, kind, and friendly in a truly genuine manner which came with reassurances and fully joyful smiles, body language, and kind tones.
He patiently went back twice in a row when I asked for more salsa for the delightfully packed veggie quesadilla and orange juice, then for more butter and syrup for my huge fluffy pancakes (if you also have a nice experience, please let one of the 4 sisters know, perhaps by phone call as well!)
The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. The music was low enough to converse effectively and enjoyably with my wife.
I would highly recommend this Cafe to everyone who wants deliciously filling food, in a welcoming environment, with good and kind people.
First-off, let’s start with the atmosphere which is plain and simple, not much here they show you simply cafe look. I would try to bring a level of style here maybe tell a story “Four Sisters.” Tell us more?!
Secondly, the service was excellent. We were greeted immediately as we entered then ask for a table which one just became open so a host brought us over. Each server and host seemed happy and engaging. Also noticed some servers engaging with regulars which is a good sign!!
Now onto the main event, The Food!! Here we good started off with orange juice (8/10 and coffee (3/10). The coffee needs improvement, time to brew something familiar. The Breakfast Burrito with fruit was delicious the burrito packed with flavor and some juice came out the bottom at the beginning and the size were my only issues overall must try (8.5/10). The Paradise Waffle that delivered on great flavors and freshness which is must try 9.5/10. The bacon and eggs were cooked to perfection and looked beautiful 9/10.
Overall this is a must try!!!
