Food was not warm. Cashier didn’t listen well and punched in the incorrect muffin. Very uncomfortable atmosphere, cold air was blowing on us, was warmer outside than inside and is was 60 outside.

Had the McRib meal with fries and a drink . I have to say it was very good . I get them every holiday season . The only problem I had was when the young lady brought my food I asked for ketchup and she never came back . If McDonalds wants to do table service they should train their team better . Ghosting a request is not the way to win customers over .

I was at this McDonald’s at 10am on 11/2. When you walk in all you her is this white lady dressed in a red McDonald’s shirt screening at the employees in the back you can hear everything from the lobby. Whoever that lady is needs to be fired or removed from her position. She is just harassing her workers. That is crazy and unprofessional. If the work isn’t doing good then correct it. Screaming. Maybe more like yelling. But still never the less she is harassing her workers back there because of a mistake. Seriously sad to see.

Always missing something from our drive thru order. The people at the pick up window dont acknowledge you, they can’t even make eye contact or provide customer service. One lady almost dropped our food out the window because she wasn’t even looking to see if my hand was waiting for the food. Luckily I caught the bag. No apologies, or have a good day comes from the drive thru attendant. They must hate their jobs.

So I ordered pickles only, the really funny girl at the window checked it and even made a joke about she hoped it was right because of the night they were having. Guess she was right to worry because those burgers had a few things, none of which were pickles. Wish I could say this was a first. Also I tried to call, got an answer and was hung up on. Girl at the window I hope your night gets better and you aren’t the only one there who actually decided to work today.
On a side note the guy taking the money was on his phone making an appointment for Tuesday since it was his only day off and he has to work till 1am today. Not a single word to me also he dropped the money of the customer in front of me because he was busy on his phone call.

Went through the drive through. Got home opened the bag, complete wrong order. O wasn’t driving all the way back. Tried calling to ser if they would replace the meal, the phone number is someone’s cell. Never again. Ill drive to springhill before going back to this McDonald’s. Shame on you.
