We come here often mostly for the tea, they do have a few good salads here that we order to our liking, prefer clean eating and that is hard to find at a fast food restaurant. They are very friendly and helpful and are pretty good about remembering repeated customer orders.

I Ordered a Salad for lunch , unfortunately towards the end of my meal I found a insect in my lettuce, I took it to the front and showed to a manager and suggested very politely thy probably need to check their salad. The manager apologized but didn’t seen to care much, she looked at the insect, give me a refill on my drink and ask another manager to toss my tray away with the insect in. No further investigation I guess. Very disappointed

I barely had time to sit down before my food came out, it was hot. The fries was nicely salted. The chicken was good and juicy. It had plenty of Polynesian sauce and my nuggets were the best. I really appreciate the fast and friendly service. Me and my husband will be coming back. This was the fastest and best service I ever experienced in fast food.

I just got a bacon bowl, and it wasn’t even half full! It wasn’t hot, one piece of the eggs was hard, and it was lukewarm! . I also received a plastic knife in the bag instead of a fork. Hard to eat it with a knife.

This particular Chick fil A was a bit of a disappointment. The food was correct and hot but they gave it to us in a to go bag instead of on a tray (we were eating in) and they forgot to give us any sauces and our drinks so we had to go up to request the items. Bring a sweatshirt because they keep it cool inside which is uncomfortable on an already cool day. Be careful because the parking lot is a little confusing if you’ve never been there before.

How can they possibly get our order wrong 9 times out of 10? Last week it was no hasbrowns with none of our orders, tonight, no Mac and cheese and no mayo but they made sure to give us 8 straws for our 4 drinks and 3 forks and 4 spoons but no Mac and cheese. This is the most convenient chicfila for us too but we def try to avoid it the best we can. It’s an ongoing inside joke in our household everytime we go bc they ALWAYS ALWAYS forget something. Why does it keep happening??

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food chains, which is why the visit today was so disappointing. Myself and my mom waited no less than 20 minutes… for a mobile order. To specify it wasn’t anything crazy: an eight piece meal with a sunjoy, a parfait, and a water. The order taking so long wouldn’t have been the end of the world if the employees didn’t literally just ignore us. It was actually insane. Four cars behind us were given their orders, but there was zero explanation. Completely understand that the girl is new, that’s also understandable but a manager was also standing in the drive thru?? It’s your responsibility to communicate with your customers as someone in customer service. If you didn’t see our name— say something. If we needed to pull up— say something. The service and lack of communication was completely unacceptable in my opinion and the order that they threw together when we showed proof with a receipt wasn’t even correct. Please treat your customers better in the future.

I didn’t think Chick-fil-a could disappoint, but THIS LOCATION takes the award. My food has always had issues at this location, I always order the same thing which is the spicy deluxe meal. My cheese is never melted and the chicken looks like it has been sitting out for days it has soggy patches on it. I’m always so disappointed.

Got a mobile order for Ashley Christmas eve morning. I accidentally ordered the wrong sauce bottle and then I went to check the food and the bread on the minis I got were so doughy that they fell apart and got stuck to the bottom of the box. Didn’t even smell cooked. It’s fine mistakes happen but a lady named Erica (i believe that was her name, she had glasses ) in the drive thru, when I went to return the unopened bottle of sauce she looked at me as if I had some sort of disease and said they couldn’t take things once they’ve left but I had just spoken to someone on the phone who said the complete opposite about an unopened bottle of sauce. Why did the policy about that change when I got there in person? Whoever I spoke to on the phone was super sweet and helpful but Erica (sorry if the name is wrong) just treated me as if I was a disgust to her personal health. Merry Christmas though
