This place exceeded my expectations. No frills, no bullshit. The pulled pork sandwich tastes exactly like how barbecue would taste and Kameron was great taking my order. Would recommend.

I’ve been to Cook Outs a few times, and it’s absolutely panic attack inducing every single time trying to order off their complete disaster of a menu.
On top of that, the kid taking my order barely spoke louder than a whisper, so I had no clue what the hell he was saying half the time I was anxiety ridden, trying to order.
After finally getting my order done, I was just ready to get out of there. I got my food, and went home. It was only after I got home that I realize that my order was wrong. My burger was missing the tomato, even though it was clearly on the receipt that I was supposed to have “everything” on it.
On top of that, the nuggets I got as one of my side was the saddest three dry little nugs I’ve ever seen.
The bummer is the patties in the burger itself were actually cooked better than most fast food spots. All the negatives make it hard for me to recommend, though…
That said, their huge milkshake selection is pretty incredible.

The worst drive thru experience ever! Speakers don’t work and if they do, the staff here don’t respond or talk. Nothing!! So, we decided to walk in and placed an order. They got our order wrong and missed multiple items. Very horrible and disappointing experience. Avoid this location and go spend your money somewhere else. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional overall.

Server was so nice in helping us figure out the menu thank you so much for that!!! Food was amazing and affordable a family of 6 eating under 50$ is unbelievable! The place was so clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. The management of this store should be so happy with the group they have!

CookOut RULES….Seriously! When compared to other fast food options, they have a much wider variety of menu choices. The “trays” are a fantastic value, everything is always hot and fresh. Dozens of flavors for milkshake fans. Don’t miss the cheddar bites….DELICIOUS

Food was above average for RT Cook Out but dining room has puddles of water in the floor. Bathrooms were clean. Service was nice and polite but it was incredibly slow. I was there almost an hour for take out.
