The restaurant was packed but we still didn’t wait at all to be seated. The chips and salsa were delicious. Not salty which is common in other places. The music was nice and not too loud. The service was 10/10. The food was delicious and also came out quickly. My husband ordered a carne asada and I did pechuga a la plancha. The refried beans were very good! We would definitely come back! Also my husband ordered fresh pineapple (agua fresca de piña) and it was so good! Not too sweet.

We’ve eaten at the restaurant twice now and ordered takeout several times. The food is always hot, tasty, and bountiful! Some of our favorites include the chicken with chorizo, shrimp fajitas, and birria quesadilla. Margaritas are also delicious and not too sweet.

Food was great, and the price was reasonable. Staffs are friendly. I would recommend it to whoever is looking for Mexican food to give this one a try. The only reason that I withheld l the last star was because the Margaritas I got was a bit too much alcohol. It could be because the type of tequila they used. Just watch out for that.

Went for dinner. Food was great. Service was fast and friendly. Would recommend for family dining option. Portions were huge. Tacos were yummy plus free chips and salsa while we waited.

We dined outside because the weather was nice. The food was delicious. The menu is huge and there’s so many options to choose from. The waiter was able to quickly correct my order when they accidentally sent the wrong type of tortillas to our table. He was smiling the whole time working with every table.

Enjoyed the outside seating! Large plates and delicious salsa/chips. Food was ready quickly. Our waiter was on top of things for the first ten minutes and then we never saw him again. My drink was never refilled. It must have been shift change or possibly he was filling in for someone else.

Visiting for the first time and loved it! The waitress was really nice (not sure if Arturo or Armando, forgot his name) But he was very polite. The food was delicious, I had some birria-shrimp tacos and they were amazing! Would love to come back, 10/10!!

We took one of our adult children here for lunch. I had Fijitas with Chicken and Shrimp with a side of Jalapeños. The Jalapeños were delightfully extra hot. I washed them down with some Horchata. We had Churros for dessert. Our meal was scrumptious and the service was great. We highly recommend El Paso in Springfield!

Food is good but I don’t like the service difference for dine-in and take-out. You get unlimited sauces when you dine-in but have to pay extra when take-out. Customer pays the same price for take-out and dine-in so why difference in sauce. I know it’s small business but adding couple extra sauces would not hurt any business just annoys a customer especially someone who takes out at-least once or twice a week. Hope you treat take-out customers like dine-in customers in the future.

20240703 I haven’t been here in so many years. I am disappointed that they changed their salsa. It used to have a lot of minced tomatoes and cilantro. Now, it’s like salsa from a jar with mostly liquid. I made my meal selection based on the recommendation of the waitress between 2 shredded beef burritos off the lunch menu. Should have picked the other one. My meal was pretty good. The waitress didn’t come back to check on us during the meal, but she did bring more water without us asking for it.
