This 99 restaurant is a hidden treasure. Although it is tucked away it has a great history from over a hundred years ago. The inside of the building is as unique as the outside. Although it used to be a textile mill they have turned it into a very well refined machine called the 99. Our server Amy was very friendly. Not only was she knowledgeable but very personable. Her badge said that she was the trainer. I can see why. She does everything with excellence. She was quick to take our drink orders and made some great menu recommendations. My house salad and my wife’s Caesar salad came out before the meal. They were both fresh and the croutons were not soggy at all. This is the way a salad is supposed to be served. The lobster rolls are back and that’s what my wife ordered. It was stuffed full of lobster and delicious. I got the prime rib. An amazing 16 oz cut of prime rib that was cooked perfectly. Beside it were the mashed potatoes which were also good. We also took home a couple of brownie cakes. Although the whipped cream was melted by the time we got home the brownies were delicious. Tony and Bradley checked up on us to make sure that we were enjoying our meals and if we needed anything else. They really do have the customers best interest at heart. They are all so personable and that is why the 99’s are so successful. You’re treated like family.

A late lunch. Very quiet. Specials were all appealing. And beef with mushroom gravy was perfect. Topped off with a petite dessert!

I had ordered the stuffed jumbo shrimp. What I got was not jumbo. It was regular cocktail shrimp, smashed to look bigger with not so good stuffing on it.
The french fries were not crispy, and the rice pilaf was salty and undercooked.
The one good thing I have to say is the French Onion Soup was really good.

Always a great meal at the 99. The steak tips are unbeatable, I’ve had others and they don’t even come close to 99. Gold fever wings are delicious. Zach is the best! Such a great guy, the best attitude and service , definitely have to have him when you come here and your experience will be the best!

I just want to give a shout out to Tony the manager there because he helped me order our food for our office despite the website and credit card issues we were having. He was even willing to deliver the order to us. I just want to say Thank you! and the food was delicious! Merry Christmas!

The waitresses were beautiful and nice.
What really caught me was the menu.
However, my broccoli casserole was kinda burnt and the portion of steak they gave was not worth the $27+ pricing. I will give it another shot one day. But thus was disappointing.

Miscommunications with staff once we were seated so it took a while for our waitress to come over but the staff/waitress was friendly and the food came out quickly.
Biggest complaint is the OUTRAGEOUS price of one glass of 50% ice cubes and 50% soda; $3.29. It’s no one’s fault at the local level but that is absolutely insane. It’s criminal to think that’s anywhere near reasonable.

Took my daughter today for dinner here. I will start by saying the floors were very dirty all covered in popcorn, my menu and the drink menu at the table were very dirty and sticky. I stood positive because i didn’t want to be rude, i was confused to see the house margarita that used to come in a margarita glass now in this tiny glass, the server seemed uninterested in serving us. I will say the prime rib was DELICIOUS. I still tipped 20 percent because i am in the industry but i definitely would not go back there again after all of these factors. Just being honest so hopefully you can improve for future guests.

What did you do???? I can appreciate the need to refresh your menu but let’s start with you made pretzel bites into a huge pretzel therefore not easily shareable.
You got rid of the pub mustard. And what is that new cheese sauce? because it’s terrible, like I couldn’t figure out what cheese I was tasting.
And I’ve heard you have more ridiculous changes in the future. I’ll be back in 2 weeks to complain about the fact that you’re getting rid of the seafood trio.

(2) went for dinner. Waiter (male) very pleasant helpful and friendly. I had the baked stuff shrimp (6) $19.99 with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus which they charge an additional upcharge of $1.99 . Also had seafood chowder which was ok i have had better. Tiny shrimp and small pieces of clams but not able to taste the fish. It was a thick chowder. The meal came with 6 medium sized maybe large shrimp with very little stuffing just about a teaspoon full on the top. Cooked ok. Stuffing was ok. Mashed potatoes with a creamy country white gravy both was good. The grilled asparagus was delicious. Took home dessert Banna coconut square $1.99 just a small square the perfect size for after dinner.
