We’ve been customers at this location for a decade or so. Always happy with the food and service. My family have been complaining about inconsistent food quality for a while though, (nice fries one day, super salty the next one. Or, strips and nuggets being served charred, fried hard lately).
Since this location has become crazy busy in the last years, I thought this was one-time problems, but it really isn’t.
A couple of days back we stopped at a Chick-fil-A location off Hwy 55 and O’Kelly Chapel Rd and we all felt it. It was day and night flavor difference. Top notch quality there. I can sincerely say it was like discovering a new restaurant chain altogether.
I invite the Brier Creek owners to visit the above mentioned location to compare the quality and take note. Because when people notice such a difference, they WILL drive to that location when they can. Flavor and quality over convenience whenever possible.

The store was clean. The food came to our table in less than 2 minutes after ordering. We had at least 2 people ask if we wanted refills.

I recently visited Chick-fil-A and had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, as always, but what really stood out were the sauces. I decided to try some of the most delicious sauces in the world, and they did not disappoint!

From the classic Chick-fil-A sauce to the zesty buffalo, each one added a fantastic flavor to my meal. I love how they offer a variety of options that cater to every taste. The staff was friendly and efficient, making my visit even more enjoyable.

If you haven’t tried their sauces yet, you’re missing out! I can’t wait to go back and explore even more flavors. Highly recommend!

I’ve always had friendly, respectful service at Chick-fil-A, which is why this visit to the Garner Towne Square location was disappointing.

After placing my order, I was given my table marker and went to find a seat, but there were no open tables available. I noticed one table that had open chairs with a broom on one of them. Since there were no other places to sit, I wasn’t sure if it had already been cleaned or was about to be cleaned, and I just needed somewhere to wait for my food.

An older female employee approached me and immediately spoke in a rude, confrontational tone asking why I would sit there and if I didn’t see the cleaning supplies. I calmly explained that there were no other tables open and that I wasn’t sure.

After I moved, she made a comment about me to the other employee loud enough for me to hear, questioning why I would sit there. That felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

I’ve never experienced that kind of attitude or demeanor at Chick-fil-A before, which is why it was so disappointing. This could have easily been handled with a polite explanation, and I hope it’s addressed.

This particular Chick-Fil-A is a well oiled machine. I have been here numerous times during peak hours. The drive through lines can seem daunting, but they cycle cars through pretty dang quick. The service is great, even by Chick-Fil-A standards. This is my preferred location when were in the mood for it.

To notch as always. I placed a 25 biscuit breakfast cater order and realized I had forgotten the hasbrowns when I went to pick up. I asked if they could quickly add it to my order. They didn’t complain, didn’t look frustrated and happily fulfilled the additional order, and it was ready in 5 min. Amazing!

Chris at Chick-fil-A is an absolute standout! Every time I visit, he greets me with the kind of genuine smile and upbeat energy that instantly brightens my day. His positive attitude feels completely authentic and you can tell he truly enjoys making people’s experience better. The way he says “have an awesome night” isn’t just polite; it’s sincere, like he actually means it and wants you to leave in a great mood. In a world where customer service can feel rushed or routine, Chris is a reminder of how far kindness and genuine enthusiasm can go. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have him!

I’m not even tryna sound like a Karen I hate nitpicking but be so for real… that Chick-fil-A needs to be picked up and moved somewhere else immediately. The way it backs up traffic is actually dangerous. Like, Chick-fil-A is good, but it’s not “risk your life on Brier Creek” good.

I eat Chick-fil-A, I do, but the way people be swerving, cutting folks off, and acting like they’re rushing to the gates of heaven just to get a waffle fry? Insane behavior. Somebody’s gonna cause a whole wreck behind that sandwich. And the associates? Bless them they are NOT traffic controllers. They’re out there doing their best with headsets and vibes. This is a city problem or a corporate problem, but either way… that location gotta go before somebody meets Jesus over a chicken biscuit.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had this past Saturday morning at your brier creek location. I have been a loyal customer for years and have always appreciated the friendly service until this incident.

I placed my order online as I was running late and realized I had forgotten to order a chicken biscuit for my coworker. I asked if I could quickly add the item to my order at the window. I was told I needed to go around and rejoin the drive-thru line, despite the fact that no other cars were behind me at the time.

What was most surprising was that the manager, Chelsee, also refused to assist me. I believe part of a manager’s role is to help customers when possible. I am very disappointed with the lack of flexibility and willingness to help at this location very disappointed I will not go back because customer service that’s where everything started.

Went last month, employee name Crystal took my order in the drive through! It was my first time there and she even got a menu for me and explained everything so nicely. Food was amazing and still hot by the time i got home. Definitely work going back
