I cannot say enough good things about this place. Me and my husband went here for a date night and overall, it was such a great experience. We got the garlic, roasted sirloin with an appetizer and crème brûlée cheesecake and everything was phenomenal. The steak was genuinely the best I had ever had. Thank you Firebirds for an amazing dinner!

I’m new to the neighborhood and wanted to eat some steak. Longhorn in Winston-Salem had difficulty at their location so we went with plan B. I Google a steak location and this place showed up. We were seated quickly. Our waitress Ryan was super friendly and quick with service. When we got our order, the aged steak we order had more fat then meat and was displeased. We informed the manager who were very attentive will all the guest of this issue and they immediately took action and problem solved. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice and mellow. They also provide you with a warm towel to clean your hands. Will definitely return.

First time at this place and it was awesome. Our server Royce made our experience amazing!! If you’re lucky to get him you won’t be disappointed. Food and drinks were pretty good too!!! Definitely need to try the Philly cheese steak egg roll was AMAZING

Overall a disappointing meal. Rating it a 2/5 because we felt like the staff were not well trained from front to back, servers to cook.
We waited for almost 15 minutes before our waitress came to greet us after being seated. If the manager hadn’t walked over and my wife hadn’t signaled to him that we hadn’t been waited on, we could had been waiting even longer. Our waitress finally came – very nice but forgetful and clearly overwhelmed throughout our time there. She forgot about our bread, then forgot about our dessert that was ordered. But forgetfulness seemed to be the theme of this place because another group got lobster tails added on all their plates and their waiter also didn’t remember what they ordered.
Anyways, our appetizer came – it was shrimp that was supposed to be fully cooked, but was only 70 percent cooked. We kindly asked the server to take it back to the kitchen to have it well done, but when the manager brought the plate back, the shrimp looked untouched. Of course then we tried it, nothing changed. Same texture, same color, same raw smell. We just kept our mouths shut because we didn’t want to seem like difficult customers. Having had this experience, we also didn’t mention to them that our steaks were completely overcooked.
In a nutshell, will not be returning, and urging people who haven’t been to think twice before stepping in. Pricy food but under-delivered service and under-quality of food. Spend your money elsewhere for a better dining experience.

My husband scheduled a reservation here last night for my birthday. We were seated promptly at our reservation time even for a busy dinner rush. Our first server wasn’t very personable, and forgot things pretty frequently to the point we spoke with the hostesses and the manager and moved to a different section with a different server to presumably get better service. I wanted to give props to the manager at this location on 1/17, she made sure the rest of our service went seamless and we had ZERO issues with our new server Brandon. The food was phenomenal, the special birthday dessert was delicious and the candle was super sweet. The martini I had was wonderful. Even though we had a small hiccup in service in the beginning, the rest of the experience completely made up for it. I enjoyed myself, my husband enjoyed himself as well. Excellent food and service!

I haven’t been out to eat in a while and this place was a great welcome back to the food scene. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful, it almost feels like you’re inside of a wine cellar and brick oven. The service was also on point and our waitress was awesome at helping us make our food and drink selections. Everything we had here was delicious, but the deviled eggs were absolutely stunning. They were the perfect mix of sweet and spicey.

This place is absolutely incredible. First and foremost the GM Neto came to our table two times and greeted myself, my wife and children. We even joked about him bringing the wrong order to my table. What an incredible general manager. Our waitress Ryanne was also pretty darn special as well. She was so charismatic and full of positive energy. I told her that my family and myself were moving to Winston-Salem so this introduction was the sign I needed to know that I was making the correct decision. In these crazy times it’s so difficult to find genuine people that you can have a conversation with. We’re living in the world where we all have become strangers. Come into this space just proves that people like me exist. People that enjoy good laughter and an even better food. I’ll definitely be returning to this location.

Would be 5/5 had I not witnessed a manager be completely unprofessional in a situation regarding a request made by a patron.
Me and my friend went in for lunch on 12/22/2025 and sat at the bar. Our bartender Bella was PHENOMENAL! Unfortunately while in the middle of a sentence me and my friend felt tension due to a manager, Melissa, lingering in the area. What we witnessed was unpleasant. Melissa berated Bella for a kitchen note that my friend had adamantly requested be added due to her own preferences.
Bella handled this interaction professionally and with grace despite being undermined in front of her guests. My friend stepped in to take the “blame” for the request because of how distasteful the conversation was getting. Both me and my friend work in the service industry so it was very easy for us to pick up on the situation. Hopefully it was not as easy for other guests to pick up on because that, in my opinion, would be detrimental to this establishments reputation. Bella was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and personable. We will consider going back due to HER service but hope that the things we have left in our reviews are taken seriously. Managers should not speak to their staff in such an ugly and unprofessional way. If it weren’t for Bella, we would not return. I hope other managers see what a great addition Bella is to their team and work efficiently to see that this issue is resolved.
