This place has lots of employees but I will never call this particular McDonalds fast food. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes now for my small order and there are still people in front of me waiting longer. Won’t be coming back to this location. Ok got my order and look at my large fry!!!!MAD

this morning i went to mcdonalds as i do several times a week at this same location, but today was one of the best service i have ever received. The staff was beyond the friendliest and the most welcoming i have ever received, they took time to make sure my food was hot and fresh, but their smiles and kindness made today memoriable and a great way to start my day.

Never have an issue with this location. Only thing I don’t like is that the Chicken big Mac is gone but that’s not their fault. So still 5 star EDIT: added a video. Self explanatory. Cmon man read the ticket, fast food isn’t that hard.

Service was good and quick. Everybody was polite and helpful. For the 4th time in a row I got a large fries that was half empty. It would be cool if the large fries was actually a large rather than a medium in a large box. Especially based on what they cost now.

The food has gotten smaller in size and more expensive. Used to be a place work a great dollar menu and now just for 2 people we spend a bit over $20. Service is always fast and I never have issues with anything missing. Though things just don’t taste as good as they used to

I had a frustrating experience at the McDonald’s on highway 50. Instead of ordering there I left upset and went to bonfort location. The young man Ron taking my order changed my attitude around immediately. Not only was he kind but he was patient from the very beginning ,he let me order four meals without rushing me. He was very kind When my code for the mobile free fries didn’t go through, which was fine. I didn’t need the free fries. But it was just a complete night and day difference from the experience I just had on highway 50. I would definitely make the trip to the other side of town just for the better experience.
