We went on a Sunday evening of a holiday weekend and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. My expectations were really low because it was obvious that they were short staffed. I was able to quickly order a drink at the bar while we waited for a table. Once seated, we received excellent service and had a surprisingly good meal. The prices are reasonable and the burgers were great! Bottomless fries were perfect and even the cole slaw was really good. Our server, (Brandt? Brent?) was great and provided great service! The staff absolutely killed it tonight!

So the service was amazing, there was a small misunderstanding but the manager was very friendly and made things right. The server got me multiple refills. And best of all we both got a double cheese burger fries and a drink for $21 and some change after tax. Food was great as well. For eating as cheap as McDonald’s but all fresh food it’s a 5 star for me. I will be back!

Went for dinner and our server Ellie was great. Very friendly and attentive. There was a minor mistake with my food, just missing a couple things, and it wasn’t even a question about it, she took care of us right away. Cliff, the manager, came around to check on us and he too was exceptional. He was determined to make sure everything was right for us. Really just an awesome team all around. Cliff, what ever yall are doing there, you’re doing it right man.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after the experience I had today, I feel compelled to share. From the moment we were seated, we were greeted by the most sweet and genuinely caring server I’ve encountered in a long time. You could immediately tell they took pride in their work — they were moving fast, multitasking, checking in on every table with a smile, and somehow still making each interaction feel personal and sincere.
But what really stood out — and honestly moved me — was how they handled an incredibly upsetting situation at a nearby table. While we were eating, another group of guests began treating our server horribly. I won’t repeat the things they said, but it was both rude and clearly homophobic. It was disgusting and heartbreaking to witness — and yet, this amazing human handled it with so much grace, strength, and professionalism. They didn’t lose composure. They didn’t return the negativity. Instead, they remained calm, respectful, and composed — continuing to treat everyone (even those people) with kindness. It made me admire them even more. It’s not easy to keep your head up in situations like that, especially when you’re working hard. But they did — and not only that, they made the rest of us feel comfortable, and cared for!
The food was great, the atmosphere was lovely, but it was our server who made the night afternoon special. You could tell their heart is in what they do, and they deserve so much more than the treatment they received from that other table.If management sees this: please recognize this person. Not just for being a great server, but for being a kind and resilient human being who represents your business with grace and heart.To our server Brandt thank you. You made a lasting impression, and we’ll absolutely be back because of you.

Went to Red Robin for a birthday meal and it was a perfect experience. Our server Madison was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel special. The food came out great, drinks were always refilled, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner. 10/10 would definitely come back!

Ordered online for pickup at noon. Went in to counter and gave my last name. Hostess checked and said order was not in system yet and to wait. Waited 10 min and checked again. Still no order. Went to pick up food from another restaurant. Returned for the third time. Checked phone and then realized my order was likely under my first name. Picked up at 12:25. Hostess found the order and packed it up. After I got back to the car I checked the time stamp. Had been ready since 11:51. So disappointed that Hostess did not tell me orders were listed by first name or could it be listed under another name. Food had to be reheated at home. Husband was not unhappy with burger. I hope both of us are better educated in the future.

The burgers were great, and getting a second serving of sweet potato fries was awesome! I ordered the same burger that was on a special which included a drink, but I didn’t see it until after I ordered. The server didn’t bother to mention the special. The restaurant was busy and noisy, but it was a Saturday.

I ordered a chicken salad with tomatoes, cucumber and cheese. It was very good with a Ceasars dressing, which was delicious. My friend ordered a monster burger and fries; which was very good. Our server did an excellent job of taking our order, delivering our food in a timely manner and checking up on us. There was one gentlemen there dining who talked to loud, but otherwise a nice environment.
