I understand this is a busy McDonald’s and they do a lot of business, but the customer service and order times were ridiculous. My iced coffee sat on the counter for 10 minutes while they ran out of hash browns, and then they completely forgot to make my Sausage Egg McMuffin.
I stood there watching people who ordered after me get their food and leave while I kept waiting… and waiting… and waiting. No one acknowledged the delay or seemed to care. I get being busy, but customers shouldn’t feel invisible. Fun part is my ice coffee sat for so long what little ice was in cup melted and I had to go back in!

I had a great experience at McDonald’s! The service was friendly, polite, and very efficient from start to finish. My order was handled quickly and everything arrived just as expected.
I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder with bacon, and it was absolutely delicious — fresh, juicy, and perfectly made. You could really tell it was prepared with care. Overall, the staff provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
Definitely one of the best McDonald’s visits I’ve had. Highly recommend!

12:43PM JAN29 I enjoyed my time at McDonald’s. The first time I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger. They were done just perfectly. The server was outstanding I think she did a very good job.

this place sucks so bad, I dont really understand how hard it is to make food. Ive worked many fast food places and I only make the food how Id eat it, would you eat this? a lettuce chicken sandwhich just throw in a box with zero care? this isnt the first time, the food always looks like slop thrown into the box, I got a large fry and they filled it under halfway and I didnt notice til i got home. I started driving all the way to port charlotte to get a non burnt hamburger or be able to have apleasing looking food. These people just seem to hate their jobs so much, the young kid at night around 12am absolutely hates his life and job clearly because he is very rude over the mic and very rude when my card wasnt working “ppft if it doesnt work then I dont know what to tell you” maybe go get a manager to make the transation go thru

They messed up my order then looked at me like I was trying to steal from them when I asked for what i ordered. I clearly stated my order. When you mess up, you should own it. She was clearly distracted and didn’t enter what I ordered. But to treat someone like they are trying to steal is discrimination.

Hi, I have a complaint. My order came with burnt hamburger patty and fries. I asked for medium fries, and they gave me half the fries. Bad service at that location. This isn’t my first time shopping there. It’s the first time I’ve had an order like this.

Not sure who runs this McDonald’s but it’s not run well ,, order a big Mc WITHOUT PICKLES with extra sauce and of course there was pickles and no extra sauce that they charged me for ,, we also ordered 20 peice nuggets on app and it only gives you the choice of 3 sauces so when I picked up the order I asked for a couple extra and was told they didn’t put ANY SAUCES in the bag …luckily I had asked for extra otherwise we wouldn’t have ANY sauce for 20 nuggets,,, not good

2x now I’ve gotten a quarter pounder with cheese meal and they forgot most of the condiments on the sandwich, yesterday’s only had pickles, no ketchup, mustard or onions, the last time it only had ketchup and pickles, and of course the french fries are always only 2/3 full never full. Friendly and fast service but the kitchen needs retraining.

Ordered some “cook to order” made fresh cheeses burgers and they were a sloppy mess – had to order replacement and the replacement gave us food poisoning! Obviously the food wasn’t cooked properly. We will never order food there again!
