I have been a regular customer here for over 4 years and have never seen anything like this on 2-27-26 at about 5pm I witnessed a male about 50 or so years old with glasses and light beard loose there mind Yelling very loudly at two staff members right in the area of the bar/ restaurant area in front of everyone which includes patrons and staff , I can’t imagine how the staff and patrons felt when experiencing this, totally unacceptable and unprofessional, I hope HR sees this and does something about it.
I know Alex which has now assumed the bar manager position
And will be great if supported by management and not berated in front by an out of control manager.
She has always been upbeat and positive whenever I’ve been there and does not deserve a scream down.

First time, won’t be the last. We found the prices reasonable, the portions good and the food well prepared and delicious. Our server, Noah, was great – attentive, friendly and conversational, not too busy to take time to talk and at the same time to serve. We ate early afternoon on a Sunday and the atmosphere was relaxed and sound level comfortable.

Decided to venture out on Father’s Day and eat here since there was no wait time and my husband loves burgers. I’ll start off by saying it took our waiter 10 minutes to even come to the table and acknowledge us, it seems like this is an ongoing issue that doesn’t get resolved. When our food arrived it was instant disappointment, my truffle fries that I paid extra for were already soggy, which means my plate just sat there, the burger was just okay. My daughters Mac n cheese was so flavorless she even said “this tastes like nothing mom” shes 5 years old that says enough! And the rest of everyone’s tots were lukewarm. We will never come back here and I do not recommend anyone trying either.

It’s a great place to catch up with the relatives. The food was really good. The pickles that were handed out instead of bread was delicious. For 4 people to get burgers and spending less than $70 is great. We didn’t get any drinks but they did sound yummy.

This was our first time here. It’s in a nice plaza with good parking. The atmosphere is clean and modern. It was very pleasant. Or waitress was quick and fun. Great personality. We were a large party and she was busy with us. Everyone enjoyed the food. The appetizers were good size. The pickles were great. Burgers came it many varieties and were all good.

I kept on hearing about Plan B since they have multiple locations; the following towns/cities has one, Simsbury, Hartford, Milford, Southington, Springfield, and West Hartford. We decided to get lunch here and were very pleased. The service was spot on and the food was great. The interior was clean and spacious.
I wasn’t craving burgers so I ordered the Shepards pie; it had corn, ground beef, mashed potatoes, tomatoes, rosemary, gravy, and frizzled onions. The meal was huge and flavorful! I really loved the frizzled onions, it complemented the dish very well. Also, I had their b-berry cocktail, the menu says it tastes like juice but feels like vodka; it’s house-made blueberry infused vodka and it was amazing! I did not taste the alcohol at all, which could be dangerous after a few of them.
What I love about the place was, it’s kid-friendly. There were a ton of options to choose from. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, a great experience with food and drinks and can’t wait to go back to try their burgers, which is what they’re known for.

Finally discovered this nice place last weekend and I wonder why have I waited this long to visit this beautiful venue. We had a great time this weekend
Their burgers are the juiciest, their cocktails are amazing and the service is unmatched. I unfortunately don’t remember the name of my server, but he was great and very knowledgeable.
We can’t wait to visit again and try other great dishes from their menu

I love this place, the food has never let me down. I’ve been coming to the Glastonbury location for quite a few years and have never felt the need to leave a review… until the on tap beer issues started. The beer is not cold enough. THE BEER IS NOT COLD ENOUGH (for the people in the back). I watch as almost every beer poured starts with more foam than beer… then it sits there under the tap as they wait for the foam to dissipate… I’ve mentioned more than once to more than one bar tender… the reason the beer has so much head when they are pouring it is because it’s too warm… I’ll spare you all the copy and paste of the google search… I’ve come here with friends in the past that refuse to come back because THE BEER IS NOT COLD ENOUGH! I really hate to be a full blown Karen about this but thats where we are at. I’m at the point that I just get bottled beer with my food since it cooled properly. Maybe they are trying to save a few bucks on the refrigeration bill ♂️. Hopefully it’s remedied soon.

First time here. Very Cool industrial atmosphere. Our waitress Kiara was super friendly and attentive. Chili nachos were really good. Not your traditional nachos, made with homemade chips. Cobb salad with grilled chicken was fresh. The buttermilk sliders with grilled chicken were the perfect size, I was full after 2.
