I come to the Marion store, never order from the kiosk system here so after I figured out what I was doing I tried to figure how drink machine worked the whole time listening to the manager arguing with someone in the back. I sat near counter so I could grab food easily. I saw some cheese fries on the counter and they was up there close to 5 minutes still listening to the arguing in the back. Finally got up and asked if the food on counter was mine the manager rudely said he called my name. I told him I never heard my name all I have been listening to was arguing. Very poor management and food wasn’t as hot when I finally knew it was my order. I took a picture of how close I was sitting!

The food was satisfactory, but the service diminished it so bad that my family and I will never return to this particular location. There could have been no employees, and you wouldn’t be able to notice a difference. Some of the most unprofessional, rude, non-caring employees I’ve ever came across. Now, if you wanna be completely ignored, while the employees goof around in the kitchen; this is your place. There were no napkins, no ketchup, nothing was stocked and it was like pulling teeth to get anyone’s attention. An hour of my life I’ll never get back.

Says they are open at 10 am and there was no one working the speaker, went inside to see what was wrong and asked if the speaker was broken and the guy was leaning back on the counter with his arms crossed and shrugged his shoulders and says “we don’t open until 11.” That’s when I said “maybe change your times” and he just shrugged his shoulders and said “maybe.” Never have I encountered such rude service from anywhere. I hope he gets fired. This is him and it looks like he’s the manager. What a joke.

Tried to eat here on the way home from a road trip. Paid cash at kiosk and waited 45 minutes before giving up. The entire restaurant cleared out besides us and 2 other people. The manager walked out leaving 2 workers. I felt sorry for them. There was a bunch of food half prepared.

Order a peanut butter chocolate shake. They used to have recipes they followed I don’t think they do that anymore. The shake was extremely sweet. I also ordered a Frisco melt. Nobody on this planet or any other planet as far as I’m concerned should be eating this sandwich. The amount of grease that is oozing from this sandwich is unbelievable. The Frisco Sauce contained on this sandwich is enough to make multiple sandwiches. It has made my bread soggy and even with the excess removed it is still way too much sauce remaining on this sandwich. Also the quality is nonexistent. I don’t know how they’re doing things these days but it’s not like the old days of steak and shake. The burger has no consistency. One side is really thick and the the other is really thin. Thin side is done the thick side is pink. Therefore the safety is questionable. These sandwiches have to be doing a great job supporting the medical & pharmaceutical industry.

We have not been here since before Covid hit. The restaurant has had a remodel. New seating even though it looked the same. All self-serve inside from order to drinks and getting food from counter, no more wait staff. This was disappointing because even though the inside and food was the still good the atmosphere was not the same. Burgers were all good, fries hot and crisp, onion rings excellent, but the chili was a bit bland as if from a can.
Update-it’s gone down since last here. Staff is more interested in gossiping with each other then dealing with customers. I ordered an double bacon cheeseburger and it came with no bacon. I went to counter, asked for bacon, I said just hand me some bacon no problem. So person put on a glove and handed me 2 limpy slices of greasy bacon, no cup or container, just put it out there and I had to take it to me table. Thinking this will be my last visit ever.

Rude manager kept yelling at the line of cars in drive through after patiently waiting for several minutes and no orders being taken. The line was backing up and more than 10 minutes had passed with no movement yet the manager felt the need to take out his frustrations on the customers and instruct to go somewhere else. Won’t be back. Merry Christmas
