I understand the holiday season can be stressful, but nothing about my experience here was acceptable. From the moment I began ordering, I was rushed. When I got to the first window, the employee appeared upset and unwell. Because my car wasn’t right up against the window, she became visibly frustrated and ended up tossing my change toward me, causing it to fall to the ground, then shut the window in my face.
When I pulled forward to address the missing change, the employee at the next window acted annoyed that I asked for it. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told she was “busy in the back” and I’d have to come inside, even though I had my child in the car and that’s why I used the drive-thru. When the manager finally came, several employees gathered at the window, became aggressive, and again threw the remaining change at me instead of speaking to me respectfully. The manager did absolutely nothing to address the behavior and allowed the situation to escalate.
I have video of the incident and I know the store cameras captured everything as well. I will be sending this to corporate for review. No customer should ever be treated this way.

I wonder why, why is it most Yelp reviews barely give any McDonald’s anything over a 3 rating, many are as low as 1.5 or 2.0. Haven’t McDonald’s got the message, or have they just given up! My first and last visit to this Chandler location was tedious, and by no means was it fast food. Plus, they have the new system of kiosks which in my experience does not save time… but they are saving on labor! Although the location was relatively clean and neat, the hustling kitchen apparently work too fast to accommodate the slab of fish filet to fit properly into the bun, nor keeping lettuce atop the fish and even having more mayo in the serving box than in the sandwich! Too many cooks in the kitchen, and no one taking care of customers! This is your characteristic junk and fast food joint with their regular product menu and sometimes special offerings. As an occasional junk food-eater I’ve over the years dutifully tried everything on McDonald ‘s menu at least once, sometimes more – sometimes wishing I hadn’t. I know think they’re not anywhere as good as they once were – specifically speaking. So as to make it simple to assess each of these locations, when I do try them, I’ve developed a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast-food joint can be! I gauge: 1) cleanliness; 2) quality service; 3) product quality and consistency; 4) convenience; 5) accessibility; 6) taste; and 7) the personnel’s attitude and customer service level. I do not review any location without visiting it a minimum of twice. This place scores 2.5 of 5. I may not come back and really don’t recommend it!

I went here just like 10 minutes ago for a damn ice cream cone. I just wanted ONE ICE CREAM CONE. The lady taking my order was like that’s it? As if she were judging my god damn ice cream cone. Like yes that’s it, and she didnt tell me the price or anything which is fine since i dont really care and so I pulled up to pay and its the same girl. She says nothing to me this ENTIRE interaction. I hold my card out to pay, she doesn’t say hi or how much the total is, just holds out the card reader thing. I then wait for her to tell me im all set or to pull forward, nothing. She just hands me my receipt and starts talking to her coworker loud and inappropriately. THEN THATS NOT IT, I PULL UP TO GET MY DAMN CONE, and theres a guy and a girl OBVIOUSLY like flirting or something and the guy hands me my cone WHICH I WILL SAY WAS A PETICULARLY large cone so I am GRATEFUL for that, but the ATMOSPHERE WAS SOOOO WEIRD? WHY ARE THERE TWO PEOPLEM HANDING ME MY ONE CONE? Is it that bad I WANT ONE DAMN ICE CREAM CONE??? God forbid I have a craving.

This location has 2 drive up stations. I pulled up to one that was open. The other station had 3 cars in line, these all had their orders taken before mine was taken. Then the line didn’t move for about 5 minutes, once we arrived at the window, we were told the ice cream machine was broken, and they couldn’t refund our money, it had to be done through the app. The app wouldn’t let me request a refund because the order was already in process. The attitude and service from this location is some of the worst I have had to deal with in some time. Good luck if you order from here, the temperature and taste of the food has also been a disappointment in the past . We avoid this place, but sometimes the grandkids need a snack, and they tolerate it.

i ordered at 6:42 am on my mobile app. i pick up my order and it’s completely wrong so i go through the drive through again. the worker tells me to pull up, i tell her my code again, and then hand her the order she got wrong. nothing in the order was right except for having hashbrowns in it. she says she can’t find my order even though i just handed it to her, tells me she can’t refund it and she also can’t make me what i ordered. she kept my order she got wrong and now im out 20 dollars for a meal i didn’t eat. please never come to this location. the workers incompetence is appalling. it’s worth it to drive to a different location even if it’s farther away.

I ordered pickup this morning, and customized my breakfast sandwich in the app. Got home and it was missing the “sausage” part of “sausage and egg biscuit.” No problem…there’s a way to get credit in the app? Nope. It tells you to contact the store if there’s a problem. So I called. Nobody picked up. I called again later. Nobody picked up. I called again even later…phone was busy.

God help you if you ever have to go into this restaurant needing anything beyond what a robot could do. Prepare yourself to be ignored for 10 plus minutes until you have to scream at the top of your lungs over the counter just to get a smug look, nasty attitude, zero apologies, and being told – when asking for the manager – that they’re busy and you might as well just leave. On top of that, 10 minute wait for french fries… at a McDonald’s… and again zero apologies, just an excuse that they’re busy. You’re a restaurant! Not that there’s ever an excuse for poor customer service, but being to certainly isn’t one. As if all that wasn’t enough, even the manager was nothing but a warm body filling space with zero customer service skills. Good luck with all that! With 50 other fast food restaurants in a 5 mi radius I certainly don’t need to visit another McDonald’s ever.

Went to McDonald’s made a simple order three meal deals. They then asked me to park. I waited over 25 minutes and the lady said that they don’t have any record of that order. I had my receipt in my hand walk back inside and asked for a refund this is crazy. This is not considered fast food if I’m waiting 30 minutes.

Staff unhelpful when app at store didn’t allow for my husband to use his reward. Instead of understanding that the scanner wasn’t working they said there was nothing they could do. I think apps are helpful but shouldn’t be only way to correct issues. My husband isn’t confrontational so didn’t want to argue about $2 but manager should have been able to intervene given she was standing right there.

Mushy tasteless microwaved so much the food rubberized and cannot chew the bun. No matter how hard you try no matter how sore your mouth gets. It’s like a workout for your jaw with no flavor at all as microwaves will always remove any flavor. App has failed twice in two days. Have not been visiting McDonald’s for years due to the lack of quality and doubled prices and minimum staff. Going back to leaving McDonald’s alone so they can cater to ebt only. Was my first job and they used to coin a phrase. Quality Control. Now that is not used ever and it shows. Poor Ronald.problem? If it matters and is important to you as a owner, you would nit reply with go tell someone else. Forward it yourself unless it does not matter that much.
