Added extra spicy sauce in the Spicy McCrispy and this is what I got – hardly any sauce or pickles and a charred patty with burnt bread. The Fish Filet with mustard was no different, but slightly better. Horrible food tonight! Other days were better, but not worth a praise.

The experience at this McDonald’s has become completely unacceptable.
A large hot coffee with milk and sugar should not be a problem, yet at this location, it almost always is.
I usually stop by early in the morning, between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., using the drive-thru, since this McDonald’s operates 24/7. That makes it even more frustrating that at those hours—when there are no customers and the place is completely empty—they still take an excessive amount of time just to prepare a coffee.
Today, November 20, 2025, was definitely the last straw.
Once again, it took an unreasonable amount of time to prepare something as simple as a hot coffee with milk and sugar. What’s even more concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. On multiple occasions, they have taken far too long, even when there is not a single car ahead of me.
I fully understand that delays can happen during busy hours or when there are customers. But this location tends to be slower when there is no one at all, which makes absolutely no sense from a professional standpoint.
This repeated pattern shows poor organization, lack of efficiency, and no sense of urgency.
As a frequent customer, I feel frustrated, dissatisfied, and disappointed. The level of service here is far below the standard that McDonald’s is expected to provide.
I sincerely hope management takes serious action to correct these issues, because in its current state, this location falls short in every way.

The place is not busy but the waiting time for the food is almost an hour. The crispy chicken is cold, with no lettuce or dressing. The food served is terrible, not within McDonald’s food quality. Service? even worst. Not coming back, not worth my dollar.

This McDonalds is way bigger than others and it has an elevator and stairs for more dining it is closed after 10pm and they still have a touch pad for the kids or adults ! The chairs are actually comfortable un like the others! They also have a T.V

My favorite mcdonald till date. I like thier fast service and attentiveness to details. I love the location and the drive through is one of the best because of its width. I can get my food within 15minutes while using the drive through. Located in Broadway Everett very close to the casino. The staff in this particular location are customer centric and I always get good service anytime I come here. As at the time of this review , indoor dining is available.

It is a typical McDonald’s restaurant with fast food that we like sometimes. The place is nice although a bit messy, it has two floors and the second floor is independent. Attention is typical of McDonald’s, fast, friendly, and effective. The breakfast was spectacular, we really enjoyed that day. This restaurant has thru drivers and public toilets.

So I waited 20 mins for my order my spicy chicken sandwiches were sloppy and lukewarm! No communication with me telling me nothing! So you order they don’t care about your business! And I was a department manager for over 8 years the chicken doesn’t cook for 20 minutes to be lukewarm and thrown in the bag. So if you eat here beware they only want your money at this location.
