The customer service during the visit was spot on – even cracked a laugh.
Food was hot, delicious.
The syrups were clearly stocked up because both drinks machines were pouring delicious flavours – strawberry dr pepper in particular.

Well, before England had it.
It is already our fav. burger joint state side.
When this burger joint opened, we went there straight up.
We love its burgers particularly the gazillion condiments to choose from.
Love mine with jalapeno and hot sauce.
Love the cajun fries with their open cachup and mayo station, mixing it up for fries dipping.
And they carried out the bottomless soda.
Love the peanuts while waitin’ for our orders.
Love the ambience.
The joint is clean, staff very friendly with a smile.

This burger house has truly redefined value. At £10, their cheeseburger is less a meal and more a financial life lesson, delicately presented in packaging that could double as an art installation on neglect. The taste was unremarkable, but the audacity? Exquisite. Dear Lord!

1 person £10 -£20, food is 9/10 and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. I have to say the only reason I am writing this review it due to the service, the management and staff are really energetic and friendly. I appreciate the small gestures of asking how I am. I hope this is read by one of them and makes them know they are great at what they do.

I had been cautious about going here after a friend who had been to the Reading site and had said the burgers were small and not worth the price. But I was pleasantly surprised to say the burgers weren’t small and we’re a good size and super tasty and the toppings were really fresh and added to the taste. I had the bacon cheeseburger and large Cajun fries and a lovely shake and everything was top notch and I will return again. Well done to the staff.

OMG. It felt like I went back in time to when I used to order a burger from a Road House cafe in good old Pietersburg Northern Transvaal.
So I thought I would get a burger and chips. Man I got more than I expected.
The burger had two patties cheese, bacon and I could choose from loads of add ons, for free.
It should be renamed to a “dirty burger” it was the most enjoyable mess I have eaten in years.
I was offered small chips or regular, not as in portion size, but basically French fries or normal. I went with French Fries and was then asked if I wanted Cajun. So with a small pot of Cajun on the side, I was warned it can be a bit hot, but it was amazing.
The food is freshly made, not half warmed like some other restaurants.
Asesha was brilliant, very friendly, down to earth and yet very proffesional and explained my options.

Recently found out this place became halal so thought i’d try with my girls. Turns out it was so much better than expected!!! Burgers Juicy and flavourful the cheese melting like butter; The fries were hot and crispy. I’m never eating anywhere else again cuz five guys has just made me addicted to it. Not to mention if Ahmed serves you here, just know you’re about to get the best of services from his kind and helpful advice and information. #GiveAhmedaRaise!!!

Probably the best burger chain in terms of the quality of the burger, shakes and fries. Customer service seems to be a consistent theme of FG’s as each one seems to go above and beyond and this branch was no different. Only downside is the cost. But I guess you get what you pay for!

Two toilets, and drawing stuff for kids and creative adults. This premises is not recommended for nut allergy sufferers. The cooking oil here is peanut oil, nothing will be peanut free.
