UPDATE: (The regional manager reached out to me and apologized for the behavior of his staff and gave me a full refund and also invited us back for dinner on him at a future date. He also promised to teach his employees better Thank you Howie. I appreciate your kindness and understanding)
The waitress here threw my husband’s food at him and half of his food ended up on the table I politely asked for half off his entree and they lied to the cashier and said he ate everything and wanted a refund. We left the half on the table and showed them how the food was given to us but they still denied us the half off. Later I asked for the waitress name and the tore my receipt where her name would be and said no. Yeah they don’t like natives I guess. They were just so disrespectful. I will definitely be calling the corporate office.

Let’s face it… You pretty much know what you’re going to get at IHOP. That said, I had a very pleasant early dinner here.
If you travel a lot for work, sometimes you get tired of eating variations of the same old thing. This IHOP was in the same parking lot as my hotel, and I had not been to one in years, so I thought, what the heck. I’m glad I did.
Obviously, they serve breakfast all day. And although that’s not what I went in fy, as you can see, that’s what I got.
The blueberry pancakes were packed with tasty blueberries. The coffee was fresh. The side of bacon was very thin cut, but it was crisp. And my server (Dani maybe?) was very pleasant, smiling and conscientious.
I can absolutely see coming back in for another meal next time I’m in town.

I love IHOP but the food is not the same anymore ,the price is higher and the place is old and the same with the bathroom are dirty, customer service is good but the girls forgot to check everything before you eat ,forgot,forks, spoons, knifes, they look like they don’t want to Work in there so sad,not coming back sorry .

Our waitress didn’t seem to understand the questions we had when ordering. We ordered the bottomless pancakes and we only got one refill. It took 20 minutes for our refill to come and the waitress did not stop by the table again for 45 minutes. We were ready to leave a $20 on the table and leave even though we wanted more pancakes. She only came by to take our payment when my husband made a show of putting on his coat. The restaurant was not busy during this time. Serves us right for going to ihop. Waste of time and money. I’m still hungry.

Food was actually pretty good. Surprisingly good for the price. I’d you like spicy, try the spicy poblano. Delicious. 5 stars because my waitress was extremely kind and thoughtful, the kind I haven’t seen for over a decade. Will be going back. This IHOP is always clean, has good service, and decent food for actually reasonable prices.

They say there’s a first for everything, this was the first time in over 30 years of going to Denny’s the food disappointed. Twice. Ordered an almost Impossible to mess up omelet afraid to order my favorite omelet with fresh spinach. The cook barely put any cheese into the omelet and once again made dry bland food but with a side of over-drenched buttered toast. No seasoning not even a smidge. Worst cook I’ve ever experienced and it’s 6am… I had to season the plate and ask for another slice of cheese so it would be a normal Philly cheese steak. If you see a woman cooking run away as fast as you can…..

I’m significantly surprised by how low the stars are, for this place. My friend and I wanted a quick breakfast, and talk for a bit so we chose this place.
We were seated within seconds, and our server was very friendly and got our food back to us very quickly.
My only complaint is that the hash browns were QUITE brown, and were essentially inedible.
Great place though, and I’ll be sure to return.

Went to IHOP at 7am this morning. I was the only customer. When I walked in they immediately seated me and got me going right away. Waited under 10 min and my food was ready and fresh. The food was hot and delicious. Pancakes were always great. The spinach and mushroom omelette was hot, fresh and delicious. Loved it. Alexia, who was my waitress was very helpful from start to finish. Left her a good tip for helping serve me with good food and checking on me while I was eating. Thank you! Highly recommend this IHOP location. Very attentive staff and great fresh food that I really enjoyed. Got free stack of pancakes now for my next visit. I’ll be back for some more fresh delicious pancakes .
