Every time I order door dash (they don’t check who works for them) from this store my food comes COMPLETELY cold or tampered with some how. This picture is how my fries came I kid you not. I ordered two LARGE fries and they sent me fries that were a quarter way full. What they did was, they were too lazy to make a new batch of fries they took what they had left and put it into two large fry containers. I tried to call them but they were also too lazy to answer the phone. I will be making a complaint with their district manager. DO NOT ORDER FROM TGIS MCDONALDS!

The wonderful attitude little manager lady gave me the wrong drink in an order that had 2 drinks. I decided to not make a big deal and just accept it and wait for my other drink. She opens the window and continues to say to her employee “he took the wrong drink and he knows it, don’t give him his other drink”. It’s insane to blame the wrong doing of your own employees on customer when the customer didn’t even say a word. What a terrible employee to have running your store. Drive thru took over 20 minutes to even get to the pay window. Then they lost my order and had to reorder it. Then I sat there waiting for my food for another 15 minutes. Drive thru workers were also very cocky and rude. I got my food and it was all puffy breading and burnt with little to no chicken in it, it wasent spicy like I ordered and there was mayo on it. Then the 2nd sandwich I ordered had no sauce on it. The fries were very soggy and not cooked well. Having to wait 25-30 for “fast food” just for it to turn out how it did is unacceptable. Company needs to do better.

They Gave Me Raw Chicken Tenders.
When The Gm Tried To Fix The Issue, Her Employees Was Rude When Giving Me My Food And Still Failed To Fix My Order The Second Time. The Whole Crew Is Rude And Have A Bad Attitude.! They All Looked Like They Had Just Rolled Out Of Bed And Came Straight To Work.! The Gm Then Decides To Argue Back And Forth With Me After I Ask For Her To Fix My Food For The Second Time, Her Employees Also Was Arguing With Me And All While This Was Going On Another Person Walks In Saying Their Chicken Tenders Was Raw As Well, And Another Came In From Drive Threw Asking Why Was Her Ice Cream Just Sitting On The Rack Melting.!!
I Had Gotten Me ‘&& My Children Some Food From Here And Yet They Have The Nerve To Be Mad That I Was Upset About Biting Into Raw Chicken ‘&& Wanted It To Be Fixed ‘&& Or Refunded .! The District Manger Was There, She Really Had Nothing To Say, Besides Telling The Gm Not To Go Back And Forth.! Nothing Was Accommodated.!!!

Went to the store to pick up online order. Employee work in the Drive-Thru says the orders being worked on. Never asked what was the name on the order or any identifying information. 15 minutes later, I ring the buzzer for service because he still has not come to the window. He yells out again we’re working on your order. 30 minutes past and he comes to the window with orders, that do not belong to me. He handed one other customer waiting a partial order. Luckily the customer realized they didn’t have their entire order before they left the store. After I gave my name for the order, the employee tells me he doesn’t have my order, because someone picked it up. Had he come to the window to collect the order information, I would not have stood there for 30 minutes for nothing. After I told him this, his response was not, I’m sorry that I didn’t do my job properly, but a very insincere have a nice day. Clearly he doesn’t do his job properly and he clearly does not care how many customers he mistreats. Which also means the store handed my order to the wrong person. Employees are making too many mistakes.

Why would any employee think this is ok? Half filled all my small fries. I’m thinking the fries just fell in the bag and I know they’re on a timer so I drove away. NO all 5 of my meal fries are half filled like this. Then the HighC orange drink tastes like water! When you call, they’re so causal about their mistakes. To the BBB I go, about to get my money back. Halfway want to call the health department! Take your time in the drive thru and make sure your food is right! Take some pride in your work.

I only come during breakfast , but I love this staff ! If it’s the short girl taking orders she always remembers my order everytime ! And the girl with the nose ring in the front window is always so pleasant and makes my ice coffee sooooo good everytime ❤️ 10/10 I would recommend in the morning

I forgot to order a Coke, so I went back to the place order. I was told I could not use my debit card twice without a manager’s approval, so I provided a different bank card. I checked my balance, and I was charged twice on the same card, but with a random amount of $ 3.90.
Called to get a refund, but no one answered. Please respond so I don’t have to report to my bank as a fraud charge.

They got my mobile order wrong, replaced it with some lukewarm food, then proceeded to question me and have an attitude because I asked for fresh food. Then “oddly” enough as I was waiting for my food, ANOTHER customer comes in saying that part of his order was wrong too! Fix those attitudes, nobody told you to work there, it was a personal decision!
