This is my local McDonalds, the staff is always friendly and our orders are typically correct. I’ve been in hospitality for a very long time and know mistakes occur sometimes and that’s just life. I also think we are very often quick to leave a negative review but I had a positive experience this morning and wanted to share.
I don’t typically come through for breakfast, but I have a terrible migraine and there’s a McDonalds hack for that- large coke and fries. If you don’t believe me, give it a google… something about the salt in the fries and the caffeine/sugar of the coke, but it works. Woke up with a level ten migraine that wasn’t going away for anything so I headed to McDonald’s to attempt the hack with a hash brown instead of fries. The woman who took my order could tell (I think) that I was going through it and was so kind. She guided me to order the correct combo as I was also getting a sandwich for my husband. When I pulled up to pay and receive my order she was hustling and it looked like she may have been a manager or shift lead; if she isn’t already leadership she should be promoted. She was efficient and friendly with her staff, and popped her head out the window to apologize for the wait and let me know fresh hashbrowns would be up in a moment. Idk how else to explain it but she had a very kind and calming presence and I wish I had gotten her name. Thank you to the beautiful Black woman in the green polo for your kindness and care in our very brief interaction today.
And my migraine is slowly starting to recede so, confirmed that the hack works with hashbrowns if your headache occurs before 11am.

This location the best around! Today the young man taking orders in drive thru was very nice and friendly. Mgr handing food out the other window always so pleasant and smiling. Mu orders have always been correct, fresh and hot. Appreciate that! Order off the app, so quick and easy! Earn free food!

This location is hit and miss. I didn’t go inside much anymore as I prefer drive through. However, after many problems with that and attitudes I decided to strictly do mobile order pick k up. Since switching to mobile order park and let them bring to me it’s been much better. Example: The other day I was running a little behind and probably shouldn’t have stopped in the first place but I went ahead and placed my order about 20 minutes before I got there. Once I parked I got on the app and I put in the number of the parking spot I was in and I waited and I waited and I waited so basically I waited like an additional 20 minutes after putting in the parking number of where I was at. I sat there long enough that cars pulled in the drive through and left before I got my food a couple times. I only ordered one sandwich and it wasn’t chicken or fish. So because of this very long wait I was not that happy however, the man who brought my food out kept everything positive and very respectful. He alone changed my experience simply by his attitude. I wish I could have seen his name because I would have called and told the manager what a great job he was doing for them by turning what was a bad experience for me into leaving with a smile on my face.

ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, big Mac sauce, pickles and onion
through drive thru…opened order and got reg quarter with cheese
went BACK thru and asked for what we ordered and this was what they gave us 10 MINUTES later…
they even REMOVED the cheese and you can tell they just threw things on this sandwhich!!! I mean it has bacon pieces on it for goodness sakes LOL
AND this was the result of a “night manager”… so buyer beware at this spot!!

Idk which cook did it but I had to miss out on work and making my own money because I ate a raw burger that should’ve been cooked just cause it looks done on the outside doesn’t mean it’s done on the inside ion want no refund or nun like that teach yall team how to cook burgers properly im honestly disappointed and i work in the fast food industry do better McDonalds

I ordered a number two and when I received my food, half of the fries were not there and no napkins. I know this sounds Petty but there are only four things in the bag and a soda! Then to top it off I had to ask for my drink, he simply handed my food and said have a good night. Of course 3 miles down the highway I finally start pulling out my fries and food and 1/4 of it’s not there. I do not have time to find the next exit drive all the way back just to get a half of whatever fries and napkins.

Of course I called and I told them what. I also told them I didn’t want any money and I didn’t want any more fries I just wanted them to be aware so this didn’t happen to the next person. And their attitude was they could care less. Thus the rating and the actual reply.
I do not want my money back. I do not want more product or food. All I was asking is that they fixed this so the next person does not have to go through the same thing. It’s too bad the attitude during the conversation was so bad. Good luck with your store you’re going to need it!

The food is fine, but don’t advertise being 24 hours, allow me to place an order online, and then tell me over the drive thru speaker that I have to refund my order because you guys are actually closed.

Using the kiosk to place and pay for your order tends to be somewhat difficult for some seniors however you are still able to get help from a cashier at counter-service when they are available. It may take a little bit longer however you’re still able to place an order.

Im giving the review was 4but everything else was a 4 and 2. It stays packed and I’ve had handful of times where im missing some items on the mobile app. Last time I called I just got put on hold when I was trying to fix their mistake. I ended up deciding to hangup and will now go out of my way till this store fixes problems with missing items in the bags.
