This Cajun restaurant was a great surprise and a really fun dining experience. The place has a very American style with a relaxed, casual atmosphere that perfectly matches the bold Southern flavors.
I had a Cajun gumbo served with rice, rich, hearty, and full of deep, smoky flavor. The dish was comforting and well balanced, exactly what you expect from authentic Cajun cuisine. The highlight was the fried meat on the side, which turned out to be alligator. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and surprisingly delicious. Definitely something unique and worth trying. Portions were generous and everything tasted freshly prepared.
The service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The staff were happy to explain the dishes and made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable.
Another big plus is the spacious parking, which makes stopping by easy and convenient. On top of that, the location offers a view of the Kennedy Space Center, adding a really unique touch to the experience.
Overall, a fantastic spot for Cajun food lovers and anyone looking for a true American dining experience with great service and a memorable setting.

Emma was KIND, ATTENTIVE, FAST, and SO INFORMATIVE. We started with a bucket of fries and wings(FRESH AND DELICIOUS) For Main I got a Jambalaya and she got Cajun Linguini(AMAZING) all 10 outta 10. We got there pretty late so it was quiet and the atmosphere was fantastic. Already planning on coming back to try more food. If you are in the Titusville area give yourself the blessing of coming to this restaurant. Make sure you ask for Emma she will treat you like family.

Really good. Shrimp and crawfish etoufee for my wife and orleans signature pasta for me. The flavor on each unique The etoufee was spicier with rich rue. The creamy pasta was perfectly spiced with blackened shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage. We even bought a jambalaya to go with a third flavor. Too many places taste like they’re all out of the same pot, not here. Also recommend the fresh baked bread pudding with the whiskey sauce. Thanks Troy – Fabulous!

Stopped here bc we saw gluten free options online. When we arrived, the menu was not marked with gluten free items, so we quizzed Troy, our bartender/host/waiter. He knew it all so helped us choose an item…I ended up with the red beans and rice w/o cornbread. It was DELICIOUS. Troy was a great bartender/host/waiter..super friendly yet effortlessly, efficiently and quickly taking everyone’s food and drink orders!

We absolutely love sitting at the huge bar. It’s the heart of the restaurant and truly captures those authentic New Orleans vibes. Whether you’re grabbing a drink or staying for dinner, the energy is always right.
The Food: The chicken tenders were surprisingly delicious—perfectly cooked and flavorful. We’ve tried several other items on the menu as well, and everything has been pretty good.
The Experience: The decor and the layout make it a perfect spot for a casual date night or a fun hangout with friends.

First time here and WOW!!!! First off our server Matt was great, friendly, responsive!! First the Cajun Jalapeño Poppers are the real deal, “fresh” jalapeños, none of that frozen stuff, filled with pork, rice, cheese, bartered and fried to a crunchy deliciousness!!!
The Red Beans and Rice are off the chain, huge serving and so flavorful with cornbread!! The Cajun Andouille Sausage Burger was fabulous, juicy, cheddar and fresh jalapeños on top, a great sandwich for sure!! The Beignets are incredible, perfectly cooked, dusted with the right amount of powdered sugar, and the Bread Pudding is to die for with a oh so good Whisky Sauce on top

I had the cheeseburger, not sure of the blend of ground beef but it was a little dry but still tasty.
Mac and cheese was good and they give you plenty.
Friend had the poboy. If you like spicy you will like it. He had a side of the gumbo which was very flavorful and spicy.

Our waiter Chase, was great! Friendly, the perfect attentiveness. Drinks were refilled promptly, good communication. (unfortunately, no photos were taken). I had the jambalaya, my daughter had the dry Cajun rub wings, and my wife had grilled chicken tenders with fries. All the food was very flavorful, good heat without destroying your taste buds. The food here never disappoints.

Been here twice and ordered food to be picked up once. Food was good BUT they are really afraid of seasoning their food here. I even requested extra Cajun seasoning and when i tasted it, had not an ounce of any kind of salt.
I ordered the Orleans pasta twice and though very delicious, the chicken in it is always overcooked. Shrimp and grits are delicious and other items ordered from here are good. I HIGHLY recommend in bringing in your own Creole seasoning, if you like your food genuinely seasoned, and i highly recommend using Tony Chacheres. We’ll definitely be back, with ours lol.
Prepare to wait a while for your food during holidays and weekends. Loved the karaoke and the place has very friendly customer service and is always clean.

The food is absolutely delicious and very well seasoned and made perfect. Emma was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and proactive especially with my husband’s shrimp allergy. Would most definitely come again!
