There is a woman who took my order with patience. Her name is Yari(Beautifulname). But I thank you for pressing through the mess and taking my order. I saw 7.99 for 2 cheeseburger and didnt know if I wanted it. Being that it looked so expensive. But I came back because I had decided. The only good thing “from the lady employee who clearly didnt seem like she wanted to be there” did was kept my order active. I dont believe in taking food from people with bad attitudes. It just makes food taste and feel unpleasant. But I pray God softens her heart so that she can flow in a beautiful way. Love you all. Please keep Christ first.

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is that the burger was decent. The fries were luke warm and needed salt. The main issue we had was the employees. There was one young girl rocking the front to the best of her abilities, but the MOD was barking at everyone with a lobby full of people. One young man in particular got chewed because he was dragging his feet. We got there just before this and had our food brought to the table by the young girl. That was super kind and appreciated but we would have gone to get it. There was an adorable old couple behind us sharing a crossword puzzle who raised their hand when their number was called, and in reply the manager coldly plopped their order on the rack and walked away. The man went to get it and waited for someone to even look at him. He made it back to his table several minutes later and by that point I was venting to my husband who started getting irritated as well. If I had thought they’d give the food to me and I was quicker I could have grabbed the food for them. We noticed the older gentleman looking into their bag for napkins so my husband grabbed ours and handed it over. We had dealt with being ignored when we were just wanting ketchup and this poor man still had yet to just sit with his wife and eat. In the end the MODs rush with the employees was understandable to a point, but there are much better ways to handle it than, in reply, being cold to patrons.

Me and my family are going down here to go to Florida and we are in a rush cause we have no time to waste, but why the heck do Olive gardens breadsticks come faster then these people handing out happy meals? I went to the bathroom and the toilet smelled like a cigarette. They did not have some things which is fine but do better. Food was fine just could have been much cleaner and much faster.

I would not recommend coming to this McDonald’s, even if it’s most convenient for you. That’s how bad this place is. This is my first time in Georgia and decided to grab something fast after a long drive from Florida. It was about 10pm and I was starving. We went to the drive tru and asked for two meals. When it came time to pay, we were waiting at the window for 10 minutes. When one of the workers checked us out, we had to wait another 10 minutes to get our food. At this rate we should’ve gone to a restaurant. There was also a worker at the window on her phone. Anyways… we got our food and didn’t even get the correct order, or the right sauces. We asked the worker if they could change the order and we can pay for what wasn’t added to the receipt. (Since they have horrible listening skills) the worker said they couldn’t do that and we had to go back in line. But we were not going to wait another 20 minutes, so we left. All in all, go to another McDonald’s location, because the workers are on their phones, they can’t hear, and the waiting time is ridiculous.

We got our order and it was wrong, missing fries, and the happy meal you. I went to the counter, they have me the missing items. Then we discovered the mcdouble had pickles and mustard on it, when we ask for ketchup and cheese only. I went back to the counter and ask them to please fix it. They brought me back a burnt regular cheeseburger. No, I didn’t go back to the counter again. I figured it would had been useless.

Soda was out of Diet Coke. No sauce in the bag for Chicken nuggets when ordered. When I went to the counter to ask for it, the employee sighed as if it was so difficult to get it. Then I asked for the cups, and she said 3 times she was getting it. The bathrooms were horrible. The list could go on and on….

I wouldn’t know how anything is here because the dining room wasn’t open despite their hours on the door stating so. At least Chick Fil A bothered to apologize for their inconvenience and left a note on the door vs having staff walking around inside doing nothing and not unlocking the door.

We ordered two 4-piece chicken nugget Happy Meals and one hamburger Happy Meal with NO mustard, no onions, and no pickle (ketchup only). We also ordered a chicken strip meal and a regular hamburger with no onions. The hamburger Happy Meal had both pickle and mustard on it. The female employee who took our order gave us a blank receipt with no print on it. When she called an order number, I informed her that we didn’t know our order because there was no ink on our receipt. The employee got an attitude and just walked away. They also had already closed down one of the drink dispensers. The one that was working had NO ice. The employee was frustrated that she had to get us ice for our drinks. The elderly couple behind us also stated they needed ice and that they would like a water with their meal. The employee was very rude to the elderly lady who said that she didn’t mind paying for the water. The employee told the elderly woman that she would need to pay $1.63 for a cup of tap water. The male employee working the food line was wearing only one glove and touching food with both hands. The floors were not clean, and the service was extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. This was a very negative experience for my family.

Went to this McDonald’s in order the Big Mac combo for $8. Upon giving my order at the speaker I politely ask the cashier with my order be fresh and hot. She giggled and she immediately said all of our sandwiches are cooked to order. This is something that they are told to say because it was not cooked to order. When I got to the window to get my food the bag was already sitting there indicating that the food was not cooked to order. When I got home the Big Mac was so sloppy when I bit into it the sauce and the meat and the cheese came out of the other end I had to eat it in pieces the fries were not fresh therefore the whole meal was a waste of time
