Had to order at the last window and waited 35 minutes. Pay your employees. Maybe that will help with the lack of employment. McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food. This was the slowest meal ever. I could’ve gone to a nice restaurant and waited less than this. Get it together.

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time and it was due to one person, Raul. He is a light. He’s kind and he’s dedicated to serving people to the best of his abilities. Our order was not complicated but the service he gave made us feel like we spent hundreds of dollars on our meal.

Raul is one of a kind and his efforts shouldn’t go unnoticed. I pray other opportunities open for him that illuminates his light! Thank you Raul for your service and warming personality

My fries were not hot, but warm. I’m so happy they have Coke Zero. Excellent Double Hamburgers, although I was charged for Double cheeseburgers, no cheese. I got three of them, so it was a couple dollars lost. I’ve had a hard time in the past trying to tell the drive through person that it is a different menu item for a hamburger and a cheeseburger, and there was a different cost. The last time was with an American born minority. This time it was from an immigrant minority.
Maybe I’m expecting too much? I was a manager of a McDonald’s at 19 years old. We had much higher standards then. We hustled a lot more. We all spoke the same language as our customers. Before someone was put into the drive through, they had to be an expert at the menu and the process.

Poor Customer Service and Improper Handling of Order on October 29, 2025

On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, between 3:36p.m. and 3:39p.m., I visited your location and placed an order for a six-piece Happy Meal with a bottle of water and two McFlurries. I made it very clear more than once that I wanted the McFlurries stirred, as is standard procedure.

While I was watching the employee prepare the order, I asked again if she could please stir them. She then grabbed a coffee stick to stir them manually. I asked, “Don’t you use the machine to stir it?” and she responded, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” I explained that I used to work for McDonald’s and that there is a specific machine used for this. She replied, “We don’t do that here.”

When I requested to speak with a manager, the employee rolled her eyes and said, “Okay, whatever,” and then shouted, “She wants to talk to you, I don’t know what she wants.”

The manager came over, and I explained the situation. She said, “Yes, we do stir them, but the coil is broken.” I then clarified, “So you do have the machine?” and she confirmed that they do. I told her that the employee had insisted otherwise and had been rude, but the manager never apologized or acknowledged the poor behavior. She simply said, “I’ll talk to her.”

As a former McDonald’s employee who prided myself on providing excellent customer service, I was very disappointed by how this situation was handled. The lack of professionalism, communication, and courtesy from both the crew member and the manager was unacceptable.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience reflects poorly on the McDonald’s brand and on this specific location.

I pulled up at 4:46 AM. No one took my order at the drive-thru. I blew my horn. Still no answer from the intercom. I rolled passed the first window and saw no one but when I rolled past the second window I saw an African American woman in the back just standing around. In sum, based on my experience, this particular branch doesn’t operate like a true 24 hr. spot.

Stopping for an ice cream cone at 9pm shouldn’t be a one hour ordeal. Slowest drive through line in history. I mean really, glaciers melt, kingdoms rise and fall, and I’m still waiting in this line for an ice cream cone. Unbelievable. Terrible.

Went there for the happy meal toy for my kids (they have small crocs). They explicitly allows you select “crocs” as toy and they they put a Minion inside the box. They need to be honest if they don’t have stock, avoiding deceiving kids.

Honestly, the wait time was ridiculous, but that wasn’t even the worst part. Employees are incredibly rude and seem like you made them got to work. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
