A spectacular little place in downtown Glenwood. Really lovely ambiance, very friendly and kind service, and the food! So flavorful, fresh, and generous, portions, too. The black pepper is out of this world!!

They were the only game in town for Thanksgiving last night. Despite being absolutely slammed, it was a wonderful meal and everyone there was so welcoming and nice. Food came out quickly and every bite was delicious. Thank you so much, we’ll be back!!

We went in for dinner- ordered the salt and pepper fish and the Pad Thai. The fish was okay but the pad Thai was really disappointing- extremely sweet and nothing like the authentic pad Thai.

The manager didn’t seem to care and was unhelpful. I’m surprised that pad Thai is one of their popular items. We also ordered the hot and sour soup and it was served cold.
Really disappointed- will not recommend.

Hands down the best sushi on the western slope. I am very pleased to have chosen this place for my birthday dinner. Everything was perfect, fresh and so nicely presented. The chefs choice shashimi platter was sent from heaven and the doc holiday roll came to us lit on fire and turned out to be the tastiest thing I’ve eaten in a long time.

I don’t really write reviews but I have to rave about this place. Everything was cooked perfectly. Even the veggies in my General Tso were just the right amount of cooked and crunchy. Appetizers disappeared fast and gave a good window to how tasty the meal would be. Even the sushi was tastefully made! We had a bit of everything from gyoza to sushi to pho. My entree was the general with chicken. The velvety chicken was coated in an incredible batter that was cooked perfectly. I’m certain I’ve said perfect too many times but that is what it was. Barely anything left to take home we enjoyed every bit. Thank you for taking such good care of us while visiting Glenwood Springs! ❤

Amazing food! Best honey walnut shrimp I’ve ever had! As you can tell the sushi was so good we didn’t even wait to take a picture and were more than halfway done before we thought to snap a picture. The presentation was 10/10, the sushi came on a flaming plate!!! Highly recommend.

Food was okay. Service was sub par. Also, staff allowed a dog inside the dining room when there is a clear sign that says no dogs allowed. It wasn’t a terrible experience, I ate my food and still left a tip, but I likely won’t be back.

Hands down the best Singapore Laksa I’ve had — a true 10/10. Every noodle dish we tried was delicious, but the laksa absolutely stole the show. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and perfectly balanced — the kind of dish that lingers in your mind long after the bowl is empty.

It’s been two days since we ate here and it’s still all we can talk about. This is the perfect post–hot springs meal: comforting, nourishing, and wildly satisfying. We will absolutely be back — honestly, we’d return just for Ming’s Café alone.
