Honestly not expecting much at a Korean restaurant at the edge of Jackson, WY but.. The beef noodle soup was on point. Cuts of meat are high quality and the soup was definitely made with real beef/bone and had an amazing depth of flavor for clear soup.
We also got the jamppong. Seafood was average or lesser quality but the soup was a good flavor. Would hit the spot if craving spicy broth. I ate really fast so the thick rice noodles it comes with was still a bit too al dente. I’d highly recommend the beef noodles soup though!

Bapp is not your average Korean restaurant, and that’s the point.

The food is rooted in tradition, but it’s clearly not afraid to play with form. The kimchi balls were a standout. Fun, unexpected, and loaded with flavor. Think kimchi kimbap reimagined into a single bite, then turned up a notch. One bite, full impact.

The spinach and shrimp pancakes were on another level. Not the thick, batter-forward version you expect. These were thin, crisp, and generous where it matters; more shrimp, more spinach, very little batter. Clean, crunchy, and addictive.

The tofu noodles delivered exactly what they should. Balanced, satisfying, and comforting without weighing you down. I left full enough to be content, but never uncomfortable. That’s a win.

I didn’t explore the full lineup of Korean-inspired craft cocktails or Asian beers this time, but I did spend time with the soju selection. Solid choices, including classic Chum Chorum and a range of fruit-forward options.

The atmosphere is casual and laid-back. No pretense. No pressure. Just good food, done thoughtfully, in a space that lets you enjoy it at your own pace. Definitely worth the stop.

It was Korean food but I wasn’t as happy about it as I was hoping for. I think I expect more than the average guest as I frequent Korean restaurants wherever I travel to. We ordered the shrimp and spinach pancake and it was deep fried vs pan fried which gives it a completely different taste and texture. I like the pancake a little doughy and this was dry and very crumbly. I wasn’t a fan of it prepared this way. For my main course I had the soondoobu and again it was ok not amazing flavor in the broth. Husband had the dolsot bibimbap and he said it was ok. The pot wasn’t hot enough so the rice never got crispy. Lastly, the banchan was very bleak. Kimchi was over ripe as well. Oh I almost forgot, the nice young man that was serving us kept sweeping around us and the rest of the floor. I appreciate wanting to be clean but I’m trying to enjoy my meal. It wasn’t close to closing time either.

Amazing, authentic Korean food! So delicious, full of flavour and really high quality ingredients. Absolutely loved it. Must try their Korean wings, they were spot on. Also make sure to get your bibimbap in the hot stone! (Dolsot Bibimbap)

We recently visited Bapp Korean Restaurant in Jackson Hole and were very pleased. It’s a cozy place with a friendly atmosphere and excellent service. The restaurant is located close to the town center, making it a convenient stop after a walk around Jackson or a trip to the nearby national parks.

The food was very tasty and fresh, especially the bibimbap and bulgogi. The portions are generous, everything is well-prepared, and the service is quick. The warm atmosphere and attentive staff make this place a great choice. We will definitely come back! ⭐

Our final meal in Jackson just so happened to be at Bapp since my partner had a hankering for Korean BBQ.

Came at around 5 PM on a Friday and they weren’t too busy so we got a table quickly. Our waiter was nice and attentive to our table. We started with the Korean Fried Chicken wings as an appetizer. Those were outstanding! Crispy and fried to perfection and the sauce had a good kick!

We then shared the Beef Bulgogi as our entree. Overall it was pretty good! The beef was tender and flavorful though a little too fatty for my liking. The purple rice on the side was pretty tasty though.

Overall, a pretty good Korean BBQ spot in Jackson! If I’m back in town, I’ll be back.

Great service and no wait on a weeknight! Tons of options (including vegetarian choices). The Korean fried chicken was juicy and flavorful. The bibimbap (beef bulgogi, kimchi) and jampong (plenty of fresh seafood) were tasty too, just a bit on the salty side. Definitely worth trying if you enjoy Korean foods!
