Visited for the Endless Pasta. Our waitress Rosemarie was excellent. She recommended perfect pasta combinations and refilled our salad, breadsticks and drinks when we were needing them. First visit in a long time but we will be back.

My girlfriend has a severe shellfish allergy so it is always worrisome when we go out to eat. We have never felt more taken care of and sure that there would be no issue. Once we let the waiter know of the allergy he seemed genuinely concerned for her safty. Then a few moments later the FOH manager came to our table to ensure us of all the steps that will be and have been taken to guarantee a wonderful experience. When your here you truly are family to these outstanding workers. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service, food, attentiveness and care we received. You guys from FOH to BOH are amazing!

I was there today for lunch and as always the food and service were excellent. But the main reason I’m leaving this review is because of a situation I faced. I left my backpack there. I don’t live in Jonesboro and didn’t realize I didn’t have it until hours later and I was already out of town. I called and they have it! The GM Jennifer Coker was so helpful and is shipping it back to my house in OKC. She didn’t have to go above and beyond like this, but she was so kind and understanding and wanted to help me. So Thank you! I’ll be putting in a good word with corporate when they are open tomorrow and will be back to eat here next time I’m in town. Thanks!!

I usually love Olive Garden the foods great love everything but today my server is actually being annoying like she’s completely forgotten about my table and it took her over 10 mins to even get our drink order and my tale finished our soups quickly as well as our breadsticks and 15 mins later still no sight of her like I thought this was supposed endless bro like don’t get the dark haired server with glasses and ofc as im writing this she’s senses the evil of this review and comes and offers more soup like thanks

I got food with my friend the other day and AIN’T NOBODY competing with our server Sharon. That was the best service we ever had! I been there so many times and it’s always good but yesterday Sharon went the EXTRA MILE and was fantastic I would request her service anytime I go there if she is there. She was on top of everything, took good care of us, and she made sure the food was good for us!

I went there with my family, 5 of us. Jenni was our server and she is amazing! I ordered the 5 filled shells with grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was cut the wrong way…so the texture was horrible and i was unable to eat or cut it.. Other than that, everything else was as ordered and expected.
