This teaser is indeed not exaggerated.
The blend between a sports bar and a steakhouse works very well and creates a relaxed yet quality-oriented atmosphere.
The staff is very friendly, the food tastes excellent, and the price-performance ratio is right on point.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience with good food, great vibes, and outstanding service. Definitely worth stopping by
She starts with we don’t have vegetarian. Who asked about vegetarian options?? She kept saying it. She kept also saying go to Asian restaurants by Safeway, they are open and have vegetarian!! We were late on the buffet, just 30 minutes before closing and instead of being nice enough to get us a last minute experience She kept saying racist things we didn’t ask for in a tone that was totally offending. I also made reservations days before for 6:30 pm and we were there 7:30 pm. So it shows we had intentions to be there.
We ended up having the best dinner at Rustic restaurant which is on the right. Super hospitality over there with discounted price of 12$ instead of 38$ for an open buffet and desserts to take home. Giving us time to stay among other diners as well to 10 pm. Here’s a photo in case you want to say Hi to the manager at Rustic.
Food is delicious. Staff super friendly .
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but our visit to this restaurant was disappointing from start to finish. To begin with, they didn’t even bring us water when we sat down.
The service felt extremely rushed; the waiter took our order in such a hurry that basic details were completely ignored:
We ordered steaks, and they never asked for our preferred temperature or which side dishes we wanted.
To top it off, we ordered dessert and it was never brought to the table. At the very least, they didn’t charge us for it, which just confirms they forgot about it entirely.
I’m left wondering if all this negligent treatment and the total lack of interest in providing decent service was because we don’t speak English well?
