The Arby’s here is very fast, but the food is… well, it’s just Arby’s. It’s not particularly delicious, but the burger still has a lot of meat, which is really satisfying.

I tried the steak chunks with meal with Mac and cheese. I was never so disappointed in any other thing I purchased from Arby’s. There were 4 1/2 chunks of steak not even 1/2 cup of Mac n cheese and it was cold in the middle as if microwaved. It was not worth 10 dollars. I got for a 5yr old and she didn’t even eat it all. I this day and time people really don’t have money to waste like that.

At 2pm the service was so fast in drive thru but I quickly realized why after opening our bf n ched sandwiches…..they were dried out and room temp(wrapper was warm), meaning they were premade and sitting on the shelf for awhile. Steak bites were hot and tasty. But I consider this trip a let down and waste of quite a bit of money for fast food.

This has to be one of the busiest Arby’s ever. That being said the workers have always been so nice while working their tails off. The manager is great at keeping things moving with just a few staff members. Be kind and patient these guys work hard and are hustling behind the counter.

*update: We come here regularly and really love the people who work here. But got a half full fry and honestly it’s hard to enjoy your food when you feel like ya got ripped off a bit.

The meal was not exceptional, but it was certainly palatable enough to eat. Overall, the quality of the food did not quite meet expectations. Fortunately, the service provided by the staff was very good and attentive. They were helpful and ensured a pleasant experience despite the food. In the end, the good service somewhat compensated for the mediocre meal.

The food was good, was made fresh, and the line cooks were kind and made sure that we got our order quickly, accurately, and with a great attitude.
The cashier/eat in area cleaner was complete garbage. The lackluster look on his face was about as terrible as his ponytail was, but nothing was worse than his hygiene, attitude, and passive aggressive actions towards the customers. When he slammed three garbage receptacles near a family dining in and then came to the register just to throw my receipt in my hand, I literally lost my appetite. I probably would say try it out as long as he isn’t there but until they fire him I wouldn’t recommend it. 1/5

That’s not my favorite Arby’s. I could even ring the bell. The service was Aunt. The food was okay not to the level of Arby’s that I normally have where I love ringing the bell because of the great food and great service

This Arby’s is attached to a gas station and convenience store. Both are clean and well stocked. It is where we stop during our travel from AZ to WA. It is safe and there is an area for our dog to get out and go potty.
