came through after the snowstorm and was given the wrong food items, given a garlic bun top on a western bbq, gave us two regular sodas instead of one reg one diet (one of us is diabetic); the worst of it is they offered for us to come back /with the food/ in order for it to be remade. complete lack of food safety, health issues for their customers, and inadequate customer/server problem solving.

Very friendly atmosphere and everyone showed a lot of compassion and patience with the elderly patrons. Kitchen staffed greeted us as we entered and there was always someone offering assistance. Great spot for a quick lunch!

Wendy has a terrible attitude. I called and was polite asking if I could get a new burger because they messed mine up. When I came in, she snatched the food off of the counter and when she gave me my money back, it was very rough and rude. There’s no need for a bad attitude. No one was being rude to her. I would not recommend going to this place and it is not the first time they’ve messed up my food, but it will be the last.

We’ve been hearing, “Give them another chance,” and it’s safe to say I agree you should! Steak ‘n Shake has begun cooking with beef tallow, adding additional flavors to the burgers and fries. The fries come out crisp and hot, the burger was juicy and had very fresh toppings. There is an additional stand that allows different seasonings, and I would recommend adding the ‘Steakburger seasoning’ to your fries and/or burger for extra taste. I would honestly eat there again! The place seemed very clean as well. Of course, my only complaint is the kiosk ordering; however, a wonderful lady named Ava was extremely helpful and attentive before and after ordering. Although older generations may struggle with kiosk ordering, I do believe that the staff would be more than happy to help. It is safe to say, give it another try!

My wife waited in a long drive up line, ordered my triple cheeseburger plain but add bacon and lettuce and paid extra for it. When she got home I realized it had onions (which I am allergic to) pickles and no bacon or lettuce. Because I didn’t want to come back to the restaurant I picked off the onions, pickles and wiped off the bun where the onions touched. After eating what I could I called and the person who answered said he was talking to the manager and I would have to bring it back in. I told him the food is gone but I just wanted a replacement for the one burger that was messed up. He said they can’t do that. I guess customer satisfaction is not important. No problem-I will not eat there again.

Through the drive through and ordered a LG fry. Was given cold frys. When I told the cashier she just said I dont know why their cold they shouldn’t be and continued to repeat the statement instead of offering to provide warm frys.

The self service checkout takes longer than ordering in person, there is not option to order in person. Once we sat down after paying $30 for 2 meals we saw a dead roach on the ground right next to us. They also forgot a chili and sauce cup and we had to go back up and get it ourselves. I had to wipe down our table with a wet paper towel because it wasn’t clean when we sat down, it was the cleanest table. This place used to be way better, we won’t be back.

My wife and I don’t usually eat out. But today the service at this steak n shake was the best I’ve seen in a long time. Dino the manager greeted us right away and made sure that if we need anything to let him and his team know. The food was super fresh and the fries were the best they have ever been. My wife has never had that good of fries from any steak n shake but today she did. We will be recommending this location as well as we will be return as long Dino and his team are here!!

The place is clean, the food was hot and delicious. The beef tallow fries are amazing, the difference is night and day from the fries cooked in unhealthy vegetable oil which left the fries bland and tasteless (vegetable oil is basically motor oil, canola oil was literally used for engine oil on naval ships in world war II) The only place I will go now for a burger and fries I do not make myself.

Horrible, absolutely disappointed with the service. They didnt give us our drinks or the condiments we asked for. They wouldnt fill the milk shakes up more, it wasnt even worth the price for the sizes. They were rude and we won’t be going back.
