Opening hours says they are until 12 midnight, but the lobby was locked, and the staff was cleaning up around 10:15pm. She said that we could order through the drive-through, and when we walked there, the staff denied us from ordering without a vehicle due to safety hazards of walking in a drive-through. I totally understand that and don’t want to give the staff any issues, so we left and came back with a car 10 minutes later.
Is there like a separate opening hours for the lobby or what? Because if Google maps says its 12 midnight, who would have thought that may only apply for the drive-through section only…
Regardless, I ordered a Crispy Chicken Delux set. Order came super quick and I was in and out of the drive through within 5 mins. Fries were piping hot and crispy. So good. Burger was rather meh… chicken was dry.

I usually visit this McDonald’s during the daytime and never have issues, I went on a Friday night around 6 to 6:30 PM and had a very different experience. While waiting in the drive-thru line, I saw two employees taking out boxes from a side door of the restaurant fries and hamburgers out to a regular car. It wasn’t a refrigerated delivery vehicle, which made me uncomfortable because it looked like food was being transported in an unsafe way. I didn’t want to film because the female employee looked upset, and I honestly didn’t feel safe.
While I was still waiting, several homeless individuals approached cars asking for money or food. I had no idea this location had so many homeless people around at night, and it made the area feel unsafe compared to the daytime.
When I finally received my order, the kids meal was missing part of the fries, and the medium fries I ordered looked more like a small. During the daytime, the kids meal usually comes filled like a small fries, but at night the portions were noticeably smaller. It felt like the night crew wasn’t paying attention to quality.
Overall, I will continue coming here during the day, but I won’t be returning after dark. The nighttime service, portion sizes, and safety concerns were very disappointing

Second time I have stopped at this Mcdonalds and had to argue over the right order while in the drive thru! A 10 PIECE NUGGET GETS 2 SAUCES!!! Then they forget to add fries to the bag thats included with the combo. They don’t believe you when you tell them so they will ask for your bag to look through it as if you’re lying then when they realize they’re wrong they give it to you with no apology. This establishment needs new staff.

Star was unbelievably rude and said “have a nice day bye” sarcastically as she shut the sliding door in my face. I also ordered a frappuccino that didn’t have whipped cream nor caramel. It would’ve been nice to probably have let me know ahead of time. Ridiculous

Night crew was terrible, we ordered three mcflurrys and they ignored our order and gave us two and only charged us for two. We also saw them give one of our drinks to the car infront but they returned it since it wasn’t theirs. They also gave us one item that wasn’t ours and was for the car behind us. Overall terrible customer service never coming back

Very disappointed today they tried to give me only 25% of a Mcflurry. I had to bother
them to add more to it and the cup still isnt full! How hard is it to put ice cream in a cup and mix it around with oreo?
Well there is only a crumb of oreo in it! Its not mixed together at all and Its basically only vanilla ice cream and not full! What a waste of like $6. Very disappointed they can’t do something so simple!
Also the sweat tea is warm they didnt put any ice in it!

Good as always, but never fantastic. Burgers are always fresh, but not as fresh as they could be. Not to mention the size of the patties is super slim. I know they’ve gotten smaller because I never used to be able to finish a big mac, but now I can. But atleast the fries are the best unless you visit top tier burger places like Habit or 5 guys.

By far the worst customer service experience today!! I came to order food on their drive thru this morning the young guy got upset and gave me attitude over not clearly paying attention to what I ordered and assumed I ordered something different and proceeds to ask me what flavor when I Dias I did not prefer that he got upset and apologized very sarcastically which is not ok as I met age him any attitude. I got attitude as well from his colleague giving me the order she had a very ugly look in her face when I pulled up whenever once smiled just looked at me with a very mean look. This is sad as I’m usually happy going there because the other older lady usually taking orders is super sweet and always smiling unlike the employees today!! They looked mad and as if your forcing them to take your food order. I attached a copy of my receipt so you know I’m real !!

Horrible and slow service. Managers weren’t professional and it took us 30 mins to get our food in the drive through and then told us to wait out front for a packet of mayo and picante instead of just giving it to us in the drive through.
