Well this is the first time my wife and I have been back to this Applebee’s in years.
First off I’m pretty sure our waitress is drinking on the job. She keeps ducking behind a corner and drinking something. She is the bar tender… but …
This place is not very busy.
But we are waited 20 minutes for our drinks to come.
Food arrived and excessive time after we ordered it.
Food itself was ok, however we are waiting excessive amount of time for our bill now.
Let me clarify, this restaurant is not very busy at all.

Waitress was super nice and fairly attentive. Took forever for someone to seat us tho. Food was awful. My meal was bland and burnt, which sucks as I can’t chew hard things. My sons “whole Lotta bacon” burger was anything but. It had 2 peices of bacon and the patty was so overly seasoned he couldn’t eat it. Kids meal was eh, hard to mess up Mac n cheese but the yogurt was either just about or just had turned and was bleh. App was good. Was very dark and nice an cool inside.

The concept of the food is great but the actual food itself is less than good. Perfectly cooked and not burned or anything but there was very little flavor, not much spice. Except the fries which happened to be sprinkled with something.
Service was meh, my friend got the endless chicken tenders and wasn’t offered more until a few minutes before we were leaving. I was not offered more water at any point or offered anything for that matter. Servers job is to make money, offer me overpriced dessert.
Feels like this place has been around since the 90s. It’s old looking and gaudy and worn out. Crumbs on the seats and tables. Dust on the lampshades.

I stopped here today for lunch. Today’s meal was the 6 oz. sirloin with mashed potatoes with broccoli I was pleasantly surprised with the sirloin which was perfectly cooked and was very good.

Typically chain. Bartender was nice, manager was nice as well. Unfortunately got some raw chicken in the boneless wings. Obviously they were very apologetic. Brought new wings out instead. The food was just ok. Usually I love the tacos but they tasted off today. Oh well it’s Applebees didn’t expect much. Would have gotten 3 if the wings weren’t raw first time around.

Typical Applebees. This was my first time at this location. Good food and service. Had my favorite Fiesta Lime Chicken which was prepared perfectly. They have several beers on tap, and lots of big TV’s that are viewable from the bar. Enjoyed the visit and the meal.

Do not come here and sit at the bar. I sitting at the bar at around 7 pm and the whole left side of the bar had plates and cup on it for over 1 hour while new customers had to sit with there drinks with food and bugs flying around while we were drinking. The male bar tender was busy but, for the whole left side had to drink with nats and things is very poor customer service. Now I will have to get food somewhere else. Bar tender is not aware of the customers. 1 hour with dirty dishes is crazy to me. SMH. I did say something but about 15 minutes later one of the busy managers had to get plates and cups out the way of and on between the 15 minutes. I am I am going back to Ohio tomorrow. My Applebee’s where I live I go to every weekend, has never gave service like this.

I’m giving this location two stars only because I want to give them the benefit of the doubt that they may have been short-staffed. Otherwise, this would have been a one-star experience.
We were seated at a table that was visibly dirty, which wasn’t a great start. We then sat there for approximately 10–15 minutes without a single person acknowledging us—no “I’ll be right with you,” no water, nothing. After waiting and seeing no signs of service, we eventually just decided to leave. We never did get greeted or acknowledged by the staff before walking out.
I understand if a kitchen or floor is running behind, but some communication would have gone a long way. Disappointing visit.

it was absolutely disgusting I order the broccoli Alfredo and it was hard and crunchy didn’t get it until 45 minute later it was sitting in under a heat light! the waitress brought extra Alfredo sauce to try to make it better. the waitress totally forgot us! now I know why no-one was there this place absolutely sucks never will be back rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Cortez! talk to the manger and by the look on his face it wasn’t the first time he been out there talking with people the pasta was undercooked bring extra sauce wasn’t going to help!

Went there to eat Saturday evening with my young daughter and father. The place looks sooo good after the remodel! The food was on point as always and my server Mindi was exceptional! I love coming here for the drink specials and there is always something new to try. Keep up the awesome work!
