Love this place. Biscuits were fresh. Chicken great and dirty rice was very tasty. Lets not forget the sweet tea. The staff was friendly. Not too many bojangles here in FL. But glad they have this one.

The service for me was 5 star, it took a little minute but my chicken was fresh so I wasn’t trippin. As far as the chicken and biscuits I had, wasn’t the best I ever had but it wasn’t the worse once you added the honey and hot sauce. Can’t speak on the sides. Haven’t tried.

My family will NEVER eat here again! The Cajun Filet Biscuit they gave me today was RAW! They gave me a refund, but offered NO apology. I only gave a 2 star review on the service because the gentleman that I brought the biscuit to seemed to actually care, though I think he was too shocked to offer an apology. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Almost every table was dirty with crumbs and grease. The lady behind the counter was nice but she messed up both of our orders I ordered mash potatoes and got fries and they shorted my buddy a biscuit on his meal then when he asked her if it came with it, she said no, but it shows that it’s is included on the picture of the number 10 pic below. Place needs an intervention from corporate ASAP!

This location serves Chicken Biscuit all day and has sweet potato pie on the menu, unlike the Melbourne location. Unfortunately, no hot sauce and a 15 minute wait.

My husband and I got there at 12:38 to try out bojangles for the 1st time and it was empty so I thought this would be quick. There was 1 person ahead of us and there was 2 people behind us. So we waited and it did take a while for the person ahead us to get his meal. As we are still waiting more people arrived and the 2 people behind us got their meals before us and we asked how much longer the guy just said it’s almost coming out. Then the people who arrived much later after us got their meals and that’s when we decided like no we’re leaving but of course we requested a refund. The guy tells us that oh it’s getting ready but no we’re already upset for waiting basically for 30 min so when requested the refund it was 1:07

Food is good, but EVERY time we are at this location they are incredibly slow. This time we waited 25 minutes to get our food (inside) only when others that came in after us started getting served others found out our food wasn’t even ready. We only ordered 2 combo chicken supreme meals, so it isn’t even like we ordered a lot.

Never seen a fast food restaurant so clean. Wow I am impressed the smell of cleanness was very attractive. Food delicious tasty. Environmental felt like my kitchen away from home with Christmas jingles sorrounsoud even in the bathroom which btw was Impeccably.

Ordered food at 10am in The drive through, two large drinks and two Cajun filet biscuits. They didn’t have lids so they gave us smaller drinks and told us to park and wait for food. 25 min later no food still, so I went inside and there was a line of people waiting and no employees at all. I left without what I paid for, which is very disappointing and frustrating. I love Bojangles and this was the worst I’ve ever seen it.
