Just wanted to give a quick thank you to the 7am crew – I shouldn’t have stopped for breakfast this morning as I was running late, but you all were so speedy quick from order to delivery of food. Iced coffee with LIGHT vanilla flavoring is my go to and you all respected my wishes. Go 747 Mickey D’s.
I complimented the ladies at the cash register and order pickup but decided to take a second and just give an online thanks

Every time I go here I vow not to come back. They always push customers to the parking spaces to wait and I feel like if they just took an order and fulfilled it, everyone would wait less. Tonight they have 6 cars in parking spaces waiting. No idea how this is logical.

This has to be one of the worst mcdonald’s. Each time I’m a patron of this location the order is incorrect. I Placed an order today and it wasn’t correct. The order was returned and was incorrect again.
Edit: I typically don’t give another chance & i was proven right today. I ordered 2 mcdoubles, a large fry + a coke and this is what I received (photos attached). Half a large fry and greasy burgers. If a customer has to pay full price for french fries , they should get a full fry, not half full. When you skimp on product you are essentially stealing from your customer. Not to mention they were cold and definitely not fresh. As far as the burgers go it’d be nice if they weren’t smashed. Your location absolutely sucks.

The manager on duty should be fired! Tonight’s service was very bad. Manager was more into talking and messing around with her work friends than doing her job! We did a table order and after waiting over 20 minutes I went to check on my order. It was just sitting up there old and cold. She said she just left it there because there was no table 109. I literally had to walk her to the table and show her table 109! She snapped off we don’t use the table numbers we use the numbers by the kiosk machines. Then refused to remake my order. She said she called my name but we are sitting in tables by bathroom while they are playing loud music. We eat here often and sit in the same spot all the time and have never had this issue. I am looking up the franchise owner tomorrow and calling them.

These people are the worst, you’ll sit there for 20 minutes waiting for your food and then when they finally bring it out front they immediately dive back to avoid your requests for just a straw. Service members will actively ignore you and its impossible to get a refill in this location despite all other locations allowing it. Never come to this mcdonalds.

There is a guy named Nick that works at this location. Hey McDonald’s yall need to promote him with some great offers he works hard and keep the customers happy I mean what all could you ask for the guy is a hero in my eyes cuz people nowadays they don’t care about their jobs one bit thanks Nick I really wish you grow big one day homie the small little thing you did was a pretty big thing for me in some type of way.

I never ever go to McDonald’s and the one time I decide to, I get a raw patty in my quarter pounder. I’m like honestly scared. Thank god I looked at what I was eating. I’ll include a photo. So disappointing too because the lady who took my order was so nice.

Is 30 minutes in drive thru considered fast food? Then asked to pull forward and wait 20 minutes longer for my 3 meals I ordered. None were special requests. Just plain 5 dollar meals??? 20 cars then proceeded to get meals SLOWLY and they must have forgotten about me. Not fun with crying, hungry kids in the car waiting for dinner. Had to go in for sauces after all this even after asking to make sure to include when pulling forward. Oh and just got to our picnic and not one napkin. Avoid like the plague.
