Sat down to eat McDonald’s for the first time in forever with my kids during a snow storm. And a worker named Daniel made the experience better than expected. All the food was fresh and so hot we had to wait a second to eat it (best part). The kids were happy, I was happy &the regular check ups made us feel like we were in a regular restaurant.

Went to Wendy’s first but they didn’t have Chili so went to McDonalds instead just to get home and not have any French Fries only Sandwiches and McNuggets. Typical of fast food restaurants lately

Was greeted with “WHATCHU WANT?”
Then was told, “WHOA WHOA you need to slow waaay down,” mind you I was waiting for each item to appear on the screen-so I guess he just wasn’t ready. -.-
I’ve worked fast food-I know how it is.
Whoever was on the mic was not either person at either window but I feel bad for them having to face the customers that are being talked to like this they’re likely going to get mistreated by angry customers because of their childish coworkers.
Good way to loose decent workers having immature kids running the show.

The restrooms were clean and in good working order. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant itself was also very clean. I mistakenly ordered dine in when I meant to order to go, the gentlemen at the counter was polite and bagged my food up for me. Great lunch time staff

Absolutely insane. I went through the drive though at 9:21am was asked to pull into the drive through spot so I did it’s now 9:44am and my order JUST got brought out to me, AFTER I had to call them and complain that my order still hadn’t come out.

Ordered a stk egg ch bagel got something else .
They think its not a big deal .
Iv been on hold 10 minutes and counting , trying to get this resolved.
After sitting on the phone for 11 minutes they hang up .
Called back , I was told another manager answered the phone , then I asked to speak to a manager , then they put heather on , when I asked how many managers where on duty , she said just me .
So now if been lied to .
If your reading this , dont stop there another McDonalds down the road , that will be glade to serve you .and get the orders right .
By the way , there was only two cars in drive up .

Literally get the same thing every day. Anytime the middle age woman who works in the morning takes my order it’s always totally wrong. I genuinely don’t get it.

Okay so we arrive and oder our food on the kiosk and the first kiosk wasn’t working. Then we order again and ended up waiting over 15 minutes for our food. When we went up going to the counter the guy said table # and our food was in a bag. Now part of the whole reason we ordered to dine in was to reduce the amount of paper we are using. This was done in an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint. This made me so disappointed. My vanilla shake was so melted from sitting on the counter for so long it did not even look like there was any whip cream. Now maybe if we had a complicated order this would have been acceptable but we order 2 deluxe mc crispy and a large fry. Absolutely nothing about that is complicated and I’ve worked in a fast paced line kitchen. When we checked the receipt on the bag it was printed out 2 minutes before we got our food. 13 minutes after we had ordered the food on this kiosk. Now I want to play devils advocate but we were the only people eating inside of the dining area other than an employee that was what I assume on break or off the clock entirely. I wish we would have received our food quicker or had an explanation as to why it was so delayed but absolutely nothing no communication and not even a sorry or an explanation as to why we did not receive our food on a reusable tray.
