Never a bad time here!!! Food was fresh. Easy to order (on the phone). Service was great and kind. We love bringing the kids here and it’s always a great environment. Having a train bring your food makes the experience perfect!

Good onion rings! Maybe more of a 3.5 on the rest. Burgers were decent, fries were crinkle cut and are what they are. Reasonably priced. Fun to watch the trains and adults and kids alike.

It was super cool but no service other than one random time in the hour and a half i was there and the employees seem to be all teenagers working so yeah the food was okay nothing crazy but wasn’t bad i don’t know it was okay the price 60 bucks for three people kinda crazy

Fun place for the little ones. The old time diner atmosphere and train theme is unique. The food is basic but consistent in quality and presentation. Overall just a great place for something different than the typical fast food restaurants.

Food was not that great, it was overcooked and my 4 year old said his hamburger was gross. But the head cook came out and remade it for him and it was much better 2nd round. Hot dogs are different not something I would order for a kid or younger. The staff was awesome, helpful and friendly. There needs to be more trains running on the tracks. The kids thought it was cool. Having a train delivery for food was fun for everyone. I might try it again just to see if it was an off day in the kitchen.

My kids 2 years and 9 months LOVED this place!!!! They have trains going around the room all over above you and then you order by picking up the phone and placing your order. Then your food comes by train and drops down from the ceiling!!!! We could actually have adult conversations my husband and I because the kids were AMAZED by these trains!!!! Many families with older kids came in and they were just as excited. The trains are not super loud so you can still talk which was very nice.

The atmosphere is why we went. Kids will love the place. They had a tough time eating because they were watching all the deliveries to the tables. The food needs help, even for fast food it was mentioned that it was worse than McDonald’s. The staff weren’t very friendly. It was great to try once and see what it’s all about. The engineer hats are a great touch.

I had a bacon cheeseburger and FF. It was just amazing. I have always been a huge fan of Fritz’s, and that certainly has not changed. The service is wonderful, love the atmosphere. And the prices are not bad. Just a wonderful place to eat and take the family. The bathrooms and just the whole place was so clean and even smelled so clean.

We took our two little boys and they loved the trains. Zach was so kind and patient with us and even took pictures for us with our train hats! Breakfast was delicious without the grease in a usual diner atmosphere. Would definitely recommend especially if you’ve got kiddos!
