Best place to eat! The manager, Jana, is absolutely amazing, and Sylvia and the rest of the staff are wonderful—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The restaurant is extremely clean, which really matters to me since I have OCD. I can eat here comfortably without anxiety or that uneasy feeling. It’s rare to find a place that feels this clean and well-managed. Highly recommend!!!!

On January 5th they handed a customer a returned item in a looked to be bigger take out bag. The special was 2 pieces bone in chicken side and drink. But was told 20 minutes on dark meat chicken. Biscuits cold and hard. Not worth price paid. Management could use some training. The dining area seemed to be well kept at least.

I had the best Cajun Filet Club and fries today. It was hot, and there was a full layer of bacon. The extra seasoning was perfect. Everyone was quick and courteous. Someone was out cleaning the window in the 40°.

I am not a Bojangles fan, but my family is, so I once in a blue moon I suffer through. Considering my distaste, my food was still good. The service and atmosphere were lacking however. I thought the point of having a service line was to keep things moving and in sync, but that was not the case, and the poor guy on the drink station was left to fend for himself when he ran out of ice and had to refill it while falling behind on drink orders in the middle of a breakfast rush. He handled it well and pushed through until he got caught up. The biggest downfall to our visit was the atmosphere. Loud and busy it was, which is anxiety triggering for me, but what really got me upset was the lady mopping the lobby in the middle of a breakfast rush. This place gets most of its business from senior citizens, so in my personal opinion, the lobby should not have tile floors at all, not even the walkways as it is. My father is one their regular senior citizen customers and he happened to be with me during our visit as well as my mother who suffers from mild focal seizures. As we were walking in, my dad using a cane, and my mother holding my son’s arm to step onto the sidewalk near the entrance, low and behold this employee comes up to the door and starts mopping the walkway through the lobby to the line up for placing orders. To say I was angry about her lack of consideration for the elderly would be an understatement, but she didn’t seem to understand English or at least chose not to “understand” me in that moment, so I let it go and focused on getting my parents in a safe seated area then proceeded to the line with the assist of my son to place our family’s order. I sincerely hope my presence is not requested for any future visits because I am not sure I could keep my cool in situation like that a second time around. SAFETY FIRST folks! Breakfast rush is not the time to be mopping unless there is a spill, which there was not.

Staff are rude. Waited over 15 minutes for a chicken biscuit and a chicken sandwich combo because I was told to pull forward and the only reason I received the order was because I pulled back around to the window and was given my order which was cold. How do you forget you told someone to pull forward?

Had to try it and see if the hype is real, this is the darkest dingiest most depressing place to eat in. Fries are meh at best, tendies are good, Mac & cheese is ok. The actual 4 piece of chicken was ok but a tiny portion size. One breast and 3 wings the size of a nugget. Expensive for what you get and I don’t see the value

A bunch of employees hanging inside, not doing anything. Food is getting cold while they wait for the fries or the rounds to come out…. There’s almost always something that’s not ready. You order a 4 pieces tenders, one of the tenders is half the size of the others….. come on, do better.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a large combo. They gave medium fries, when I asked for my large fries, they said they only charged me for medium. I’d have to back through the line and reorder and pay for a large fry. Instead of making the order correct, they chose to put the blame on me and make me wait another 20 minutes in line! No comprehension of customer service.Never coming back
