When arriving I was greeted by a pleasant host who quickly seated me. But I guess that’s where my service ended. I’ve ate at this location an embarrassing amount of times and never had the experience I did tonight. 🙁 I was never approached after being seated and didn’t have a server. Maybe they were all busy doing something else it being later at night. I decided I could just place a to-go order instead. After going back up to the front and waiting, a male manager approached me to see how he could assist, and I asked if I could place a to-go order to which he replied that he’d find someone to take my order….? Find someone? I already waited at the table. You offer assistance after I decide to no longer dine in due to not being helped and then you can’t help. So I politely declined but let him know why, only THEN he decided he would “personally” take care of me. Why offer me assistance in the first place if you weren’t willing? Why did it take having to disclose I was never helped after being sat in the first place to want to personally take my order? Be an example for your team.

My husband and I went in today 12/07/24 for a belated birthday lunch. Our food was fast and fresh. We had Hailie as our server. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful during our time there. She made my birthday meal feel special!

I come here all the time with my friend and we usually have the best service, but today we were sat at the cafe area and Braylee H was our server. She checked on us once and all she did was refill our waters and didn’t ask if we needed anything else at all. We were there for an hour and didn’t get a refill or breadsticks, salad, soup, and my soup had 0 gnocchi. It was all chicken. I usually tip well, but today I couldn’t bring myself to. She didn’t even bring us our food, I think the manager did.

This was such a good experience!! Everything was superb! Service was very nice and the food is always top quality to to the point where I know I can order take out from here and know it’s Olive Garden. We ordered the chicken Alfredo and chicken Parmesan. The house salad was also good. We have no complaints and will definitely come again.
