We came by the drive thru for a quick dinner pick up! Our food order was all correct. Ordered nuggets, fries, Oreo McFlurry, smoothie, and cheese danish. Everything was good. I was bummed though cause we hadn’t been by in a while and I really wanted some chocolate chip cookies, but unfortunately they didn’t have any. 🙁 we did notice also there was some of the young staff playing around in the back area and we could see them at the back/pay window.

I rarely come to this location but mostly almost every time I do like tonight, there’s alwaysomething going on wthe “monitors” “systems are down”. Today I waited over an hour for my food in this line even as I ordered ahead through the app. When I got to window they told me my order wasn’t available because it was past 10pm even though I had placed my order way before that. I am just so disappointed with this location that they managements and higher levels know about this bad reputation here and they still don’t try to fix these issues that cause so much frustration to everyone.

Just now ordered at drive thru and was asked to pull ahead to wait 5 minutes for my food. No ketchup was provided and I asked the girl who brought the food out for some but she never bothered to come back with it. So I drove back around to the drive thru and asked to talk with a manager. She was rude and indifferent about it as she went and got it for me like I was a bother. Not much wonder the employee didn’t come back.

The minus one star is for the ice cream machine not working (which seems to be the norm for most locations now); but 5 stars goes to the employee helping with the kiosks and registers (i wish i got her name), great customer service and an infectious happy attitude, defiantly deserves recognition

Ordered online, the store didn’t receive my order. When I went in to explain it, I was told that there was nothing they could do. My only option was to order again, but I could not use the 1x daily deal because it had already been used. The person at the store to whom I was referred had the attitude that this was a good solution to my problem (I wanted breakfast, not a conversation about app ordering details) and that McDonald’s (their employer) didn’t manage this very well.

I gotta give this review more to this employee that I see working everyday, she is honestly the hardest worker I see when going inside that place. She’s having to handle drive thru and in store orders. Real quick to get you what you need and out so you can enjoy your food. Everyone else there seems to just stare and wait forever to help you. Again she is there everyday, give her some time off and a bonus or something for sure. Wish I knew her name to give her the proper credit she deserves.

So fed up with this McDonald’s every single time I ask for fresh cookies I get argued with and told they are when they are clearly not. I’ve worked at McDonald’s and go to multiple McDonald’s and ask for it. They all give me fresh but apparently this McDonald’s they rather reheat them argue with you . I’m done wasting my money here. It’s happened every single time. I’m driving to McDonald’s in town they are way better and that’s probably why they are always packed. Because apparently the people who work at the one on the highway can’t do their jobs. It’s ridiculous to have to keep driving back to get it fixed and they don’t I told them if you don’t want to make them fresh I’ll take a refund. And they say 5 minutes just to warm them up ridiculous.
