Place used to be great but for some reason the service and the quality has gone down, but I am more talking about the service at this specific location. This place has long wait times. They made me wait 15 minutes for a quesadilla just to tell me that they haven’t put in my order yet so it was going to take Longer because the worker did not enter my order correctly. Also I’ve come here plenty times when they’re sold out of chicken when this place is a chicken restaurant. Now I want to talk about Pollo Regio as a corporation. It seems they have forgotten about what made them so great in the first place. They increased their prices and decrease portions for an example of the salsa. They used to give you plenty of salsa and the portions used to be bigger but now it seems like they are very needing of money because they charge you if you ask for more salsa in to go orders . Yet, if you eat dine in you get unlimited salsa for dine in. Pollo Regio Is punishing People who order to go. It seems like the price is just keep increasing prices yet the quality and service just keeps decreasing. I used to love Pollo regio, especially this location. Cannot say that at this moment. Pollo regio used to be more affordable and more accessible but now it feels like a luxury like genuinely going out to eat at a restaurant which it didn’t feel like that back then. I use be able to go out every weekend and enjoy regio . I cannot do that anymore due to the increase of prices.

I love coming here because the service is always top tier. All of the staff is friendly and kind, and GG welcomes me with a smile and a greeting every time I walk in. Not to mention it is very clean and the food is delicious. I would 100% recommend this place!

Asked for 4 Street tacos, just chicken and cheese with lime. Easy right? Got a lg drink too. Paid 15.00 for it. Had 3 tacos, couldn’t find the cheese, for 15.00? 3 Street tacos and a lg drink…um nope definitely will not be back. Do better!! I didn’t get a meal, Where I’m from I get 4 chicken and cheese Street tacos with lime for 7.00. Unbelievable I should have taken a picture.

I didn’t like this pollo regio restaurant because how I was treated at the drive thru I was told to park and I feel like it was a racial issue because I stayed in the parking lot to eat and no other cars were told to park and wait for their food I dislike services like that I won’t go to this one again found that to be very rude I only pitched one order and extra sauce that I didn’t get tacos were unseasoned no flavor very dry didn’t get a lot of grilled onion was also disappointing

Horrible customer service. I placed a mobile order around 2:30 PM and arrived around 3:00 PM to pick it up. The woman with braces working the drive-through on Sunday told me they did not have my order. I showed her my confirmation receipt, and she still refused to help, said there was “nothing she could do,” and argued instead of actually checking.
She told me to call customer service for a refund and made no effort to resolve the issue at the store. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
I went inside to ask for a manager and waited about 10 minutes — no manager ever came out. While standing there, I saw my food sitting on the counter in a bag clearly labeled for online orders. It had been there the entire time.
When I asked another employee for her name, he clearly didn’t want to give it and eventually said it might be Jennifer, though he wasn’t sure. Regardless, it was the woman with braces working the drive-through around 3 PM.
This situation was completely avoidable. My order was ready, yet I was told it didn’t exist and was treated poorly.
