I haven’t been to a Chili’s in so very long time. I kept passing by so I felt it was time. When I got there, the outside was manicured. The inside was clean as well. O can tell you that these things make me feel better about a place. It’s them rising to a higher standard without anybody peeking over their shoulder. I get inside and am seated in seconds. The waitress was super nice. I ordered the big sample platter – just how it looks in their menu. Afterwards, I then got a chicken bacon quesadilla and last was their peanut butter pie. The sliders in their sampler were flavor-packed. The cheese squares were so gooey-good. I got a good about of marinara sauce too. The south western wraps were my favorite. The corn made it for me. Then the quesadilla with the dipping sauce was too much to finish. I wanted to, but, the peanut butter pie was still to come. I ate about 4 of those delicious pieces loaded with chucks of chicken – oowee. I made a good size to-go box with part platter stuff and a few quesadilla pieces. The peanut butter pie was very rich. I love how creamy the peanut butter was and the crust held it all together.. very happy with my visit

Had Alexis as our waiter and she’s amazing!! Bright and cheery while also being quick with checking on us. Had her once before and she’s such a memorable person!
Food was also great and came out super fresh. We ordered the Three Dipper/Dip Trio as our appetizer and then crispers for our main meal (wanted something light but filling). Great options for a quick lunch before a target run!
Also the rest of the staff was super friendly and great. We had rotations of people bringing drinks, appetizers, and grabbing dishes. Store was packed but everything came in quick and hot!

I ordered the 3 for Me Smash Burger with Mac N Cheese. They gave me fries instead. The fries were fresh, but DEFINITELY not what I ordered. When I called to tell the young lady I wanted the burger rare, she asked if that was all , but didn’t get any info from me. My burger was well done.

The food is always amazing especially the Burgers!!! HOWEVER! Sitting at the bar is always the worst when the Bartender Kathy is working. She’s always in a bad mood. If one of her regulars are dining with her she will hold a full on conversation with them before acknowledging a person like me who is not one of her regulars and just want to sit at the bar. I’ve been in there before and she was literally arguing with a tall guy whom I’m assuming was her husband. She stormed off that day didn’t return to the bar for like 10 minutes. I’m writing this because I plan to never sit in the bar area again when I come in to dine for lunch. Your bartender Kathy is ALWAYS rude, in a bad mood and at times seems overwhelmed with her work. I don’t think management seem to care about her behavior because she’s always like this that’s the sad part because Chilis is a great place to dine with friends & family. No need for rude employees!!

I ordered chicken with black beans, these other beans I received. These are another bean, maybe pinto, not black beans. When I let the server know that these were not black beans she told me yes, they were. I said, no, these are another beans so she replied. These are the only black beans we have. It was just very disappointing. The salsa was very salty along with the chicken tenders that I ordered.

Went for lunch today and we left full ama satisfied! We had the crispy chicken sandwich tossed in buffalo sauce. Crispy, juicy chicken with just the right amount of spice! We also ordered the Triple Dipper with Southwestern Egg rolls, Big Bite burger sliders and Crispy chicken with Chipotle sauce. That Chipotle sauce was amazing, a little sweet, and a little heat!
The Southwestern egg rolls were crispy and so tasty, and the sliders fresh and juicy. We definitely won when we decided to go to Chili’s! Customer service was outstanding.

This will be a rapid fire review. Initial impressions followed by experience and nuances of being at this restaurant in a growing area of Northeastern Florida.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been to this Chilis. I was there after they had either opened or done a major structural remodel about three years ago.
It’s always exciting to be somewhere when it’s new there is a positive, upbeat feeling in the air and it certainly was on this day.
So, today it’s settled down and it just a busy and yet well managed restaurant. For example the bar was completely full and a manager diplomatically explained some options in the dining area most good. As was the service when I arrived there. Very efficient as well but just because something is efficient doesn’t mean that it is better.
Starting with the menu. Not well organized including the special card which seems to partially duplicate the main menu with same prices.
Layout of the dining area. Clearly trying to use space and I literally heard every conversation around me, and no it wasn’t interesting.
My food was well prepared, portion sizes good which is most good some restaurants are cutting corners now and the server didn’t bombard me with add-ons and the dessert menu which I think also needs either updating or clarity.
So I finish my quality food. Payment is via a table implement that I don’t think works very well including what I term electronic clutter like games and reward points. ️

Came here after church with some friends. We ordered an appetizer platter which included chips with queso, guac and salsa. The guac was basically huge chunks of avocado oversalted and I couldn’t even dip my chip in it without breaking. I ordered a burger which was mediocre. My husband also got a burger and our other friend ordered a different dish and both of them came home and had the runs!!! Not to mention our bill was $60. I used to LOVE Chili’s as a kid and would beg my parents to come but I will never go back to a Chili’s. Save your money and eat at the McDonald’s next door-fries are better!

Do not pay at table on the little kiosk box until the waitress/waiter tells you to especially if you are doing a special, I didn’t get the special discount because I paid before she came back to the table. I paid about $12 more. That will not happen again!!
