It was our first time at red lobster and we were not disappointed at all. Loved the ambiance and the food was so good. Our server, Haleigh was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. 100% recommend the outer loop red lobster and when we return, we hope Haleigh is our server. Went for a Saturday lunch with the family. Lobster dip, lobster pizza, lobster fest boil were awesome. Lobster, shrimp, and sausage were all cooked perfectly. Service was great from Teresa! I like that the manager Sheila walked by every table to make sure everything was up to par. Will visit again soon.

They literally put people on the register who have no idea what they doing they double charged me and took all of my money off of my card waitress forgot everything for a seafood boil crab crackers and gloves they barely filled the boil up as well got the highest boil trash they need to do better for a place woth such a big name food was alright but had to put my gas steak back on the grill it was bloody still they were just no good they also need a better manager he walks off while your talking and goes to other people like you didnt just ask why you were charged twice new management new team members they suck PIER 17s better for sure

Had an amazing time. Let’s talk about them cheddar bay biscuits tho yal. Always perfect. My husband’s first time. And forever a returning customer. Me and my family had a ball. Hubby and I went for Valentine’s and had to come back a week later with the kids. Pricy for sure. It was 380 for all of us. That is 4 adults and 2 kids we had a great time at the Louisville Breckenridge lane location the waitress was very polite and attentive went out of her way to get us extra biscuits the bartender on our first night was killing it. Very on point and drinks were amazing.

Mandy was amazing at this red lobster! Ever since they’ve revamped the menu it has been so much better. She was so kind and helpful. She refilled my cup before I could even finish, and I was so full of lemonade by the end of my lunch. Can’t recommend the southwest shrimp bowl but I can recommend the excellent service and literally anything else on the menu!

I ordered the new crab boil bag. They have 2 options, one with a pound of crab legs and the other with shrimp & sausage. Also 2 types of flavors, Cajun butter or roasted garlic butter ( this is the one I chose). Of course, it was a bit pricey, so I stuck with the shrimp & sausage. It was very good, just a little more corn & potatoes would help. Overall, a 7/10

We go twice a week at the red lobster on outer loop we love the atmosphere and food and our waiters especially Chris we ask for him every time he’s the best he makes it worth coming he’s so nice and kind we just love him and the managers very nice too they get the lobsters out of the tank and let the grandkids hold them thank you

The food was so good. We got the sailor’s platter and the grilled shrimp on skewers and really enjoyed it. Our server, Mandy, was great. She was friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
