every time i come here for literally just a coffee i’m never satisfied. always no ice and taste like water with cream. not to mention it takes 5 minutes per car to get someone to take your order. everytime i come here i wait at least 10 minutes in line even if im the only one there. its the closest mcdonald’s to the interstate, the only one where you don’t have to drive around town to get it to it. but honestly it’s worth the drive to get your food correct and quickly.

After multiple horrible experiences in our travels in Ohio, this McDonald’s experience was such a blessing!
The lady at the window has been super nice and respectful, dropped fresh chicken strips for our chicken wraps and updated us on when they will be done. She did this without being asked and I just think it’s very kind and considerate.
Also the Sweet tea is on point! It’s such a nice feeling to know there is still good customer service out here!

This location is out of control now, used to be pretty decent especially the morning service crew but now I think they only make their coffee with one packet when they used to use two or three so the coffee tastes like Brown water and the food is normally edible where now I can only get a few bites into it before I throw it in the trash. Gave the service three stars because the younger boy that served me with glasses was extremely polite and apologetic about the 10 minutes it took to get my order out.

We ordered ahead on the app and had to wait for our food. The employee mentioned they had to make the food fresh. That was not the case. The burger was hot but the fries were not hot at all. It was obvious they had been sitting for quite a while.

Who is the owner of this restaurant? If I were you, I would get your butt out to this location and figure out what is going on with it! This place has the worst management I’ve ever seen in my entire life! It took 20 minutes to get my food in the drive-through for a simple combo! They had me pull forward, brought me three different orders that were not mine! I think the health department needs to do a visit on this place as well, as you should not be standing in the parking lot digging through peoples bags of food with your bare hands while sticking your face in the bags breathing all on your fries looking at what’s in there! I’ll be sending a message to the health department today!

This McDonald’s is very quick to make food, and quality is also pretty good. This restaurant is connected to a pilot truck stop location. There is a place where you can park and have them bring food to you, as well as a drive through. The interior or the restaurant is clean and wide, and they didn’t even mind when I came here later with my own food. I believe they’re closed at night but during the day their service is top notch. Employees are pretty quiet but that’s because they’re moving quickly, and there is never a long line. Lots of bathrooms nearby so if you need to stop in for multiple reasons, this location is good for that. They don’t blast loud music here either which is kind of nice sometimes. I ordered a McGriddle and it was really tasty. The previous day I ordered a cheeseburger and a McDouble. The food was really good, but cheeseburger was a little cold, but that’s more of a personal preference, and because I took a while to sit down and eat. Condiments are stocked and you can grab ketchup by the drink station. This way you don’t have to ask the worker up front. They have plenty of bigger sauce packets up front too and they don’t seem too stingy with them. This McDonald’s is right off the exit, which makes it easy to get to. They have a big parking lot where you can park and stay here.

While visiting this restaurant, I waited at the ordering station. As employees walked past me repetitively with no one acknowledging that I would like to order. I asked for a manager when she came up. I asked her why her employees were arguing in the back. Her comment to me was they’re not arguing. Our employees just trying to get her point across. I don’t think a point needs to be made with elevated voices. When you have nine people in the lobby waiting to order or pick up their orders. This is unprofessional.The manager did not like the fact that I had questioned it.So she began to become combative with everything that I said she wanted to argue with me.I really didn’t want to argue.I really just wanted to place an order after these events.I just smiled told her to have a good day and I went to hardee’s.They were very nice.My meal was prepared properly and there was no wait

Definitely not what I’m used to from McDonald’s over the road truck driver for years never had the worst experience at a McDonald’s my French fries were cold tasted like fish my fish was undercooked and was more like a mayonnaise sandwich order the value Mill what should have included the fish sandwich medium drink in small or medium fries for $6 I was charged nine honestly I could not even eat it I had to go back through the window and tell them to cook me a fish sandwich and the fries came back the same they did re-cook the fish with lesa mayonnaise the price I still could not eat and she told me the reason they charged me $9 instead of $6 was because I got the medium drink no apologies manufactured you didn’t even talk to me when I said thank you they definitely were not busy it was around 1:00 a.m. in the morning really poor customer service

I went to this mcdonald’s monday october 20, 2025 circa 3:00 PM and received the worst treatment by the mcdonald’s employees — who have about as much sense in them as a piece of driftwood!!! zero excuse for the workers at this location to be so rude and unhelpful. they completely lack any basic communication skills necessary for customer service. and the food took SO LONG to come out.

Most of the time I order ahead in the app because when I order there isnt any mix up in what they hear, they just have to look at the order associated with my code. But even though I ordered in the app they messed up my sandwich… i got all the way home, trusting it would be right, and it was wrong. very sad.
